I love their sandwiches and salads for lunch! Their bake goods are amazing. The staff is always been kind and courteous.
I’ve come here maybe 3 times in total and each time I’ve paid with Apple Pay for my order and then I wait 10 of minutes for my food to be prepared I came in this morning once again and went to pay for my food and one of the ladies told me I didn’t pay for my food last time i was here she said it was rejected and on top of that she said I came in on a day I didn’t . To avoid any problems I paid for the day she said I didn’t pay plus my order for today . She said that they tried to tell me but I had already walked away that day which is impossible because I waited last time for my food at least 10 minutes and not once did they mentioned my payment didn’t go through and they handed me my food. Not only that but they said they told someone I know to tell me but no one ever mentioned anything to me . They had attitude telling me this and where giving me dirty looks while I waited for my food this time . Sadly the food was great but customer service was horrible and I will not be coming here again
Horrible service. A few weeks ago I got a banana smoothie here, there was no problem with that.Just now I walked in and ordered a banana smoothie, I was told I had to combine it with strawberries or something else. I asked again for just a banana smoothie. She said no, and that I had to mix it with strawberries or I couldn't get anything at all. So naturally I left with nothing.Why would I have to add something else, when I just want a banana smoothie? Was fine before, but now it's not. This makes no sense.I will not be going back here, and I advise no one to go here either. It was just really strange and a weird experience.Also a couple weeks ago, I came in about 10 minutes before close. Again, I order the smoothie and was told that because they were closing in 10 minutes, I couldn't order anything. That's just not good business. If you're open, you are open for business.
Came in for a pastry and the staff was very nice and explained what each item in the case was. Very yummy! Right on top of the ballston metro for an easy bite!
Pastries and desserts, a variety of drinks, a fan of the café. Looking forward to the day when they'll be selling the alcohol rather than having it on display ?
I used to like this place, but the cashier lady's customer was awful, she always gives me some bad attitude then i asked her name she said "DO NOT TELL YOU," it's not only me complaining about her, i remember that one of my friends and my boyfriend also said the exact same thing to me!!! If you don't know how to serve why are you working in a service business?
Almost tried all cakes here, I love their cakes.
I always get their mousse and short cakes - SO Good!! The cakes are very light, fluffy, airy and not grossly sweet like a lot of other cafes. Reminds me of the cakes I used to get when I lived in Tokyo! Recommend the fruit short cake and mango mousse cake highly!
I got a strawberry and mango smoothie from here. It was good. The staff were very polite and are wearing masks. It’s just outside if Ballston metro station.
First time here. I ordered a steak and chz sub as a wrap. It was pretty good. For $7 my only gripe was that I wish it would have come with fries as a combo. Overall I give it 9/10.
