Went on a Friday night and the food and service was great. The bartender was the best. Super nice and friendly! They had a live band the night we were there and they were great! I docked a star mainly because the place/crowd wasn't really our style and vibe, and we barely knew any of the songs that the band covered. But everyone else looked like they were having a blast. To be honest, my friend and I came here thinking it was a sit down restaurant so we were surprised when we went in and it was a straight up bar, silly us. But it's probably because we were there at around 10:30 pm on a Friday night so they were done with their normal restaurant hours.. We ended up getting a full on meal because we were super hungry and everything was pretty good.What we ate:-Fried Yucca: DELICIOUS. Highly recommend!! The bar tender said that it was his favorite item on the menu and it did not disappoint! Yucca was perfectly crispy, soft on the inside and it WASN'T DRY. It also came with a delicious creamy (jalapeno/cilantro?) dipping sauce. The fried yucca paired perfectly with my beer. 10/10-Churros: It came with a side of chocolate dipping sauce. I think they over fired the churros a bit so they were a smidge dry but over all still really good. 8/10-Veggie Lo Mein: Probably the most disappointing of the food items we got but it was still okay. They didn't use traditional Lo Mein noodles, it kind of look like pad Thai noodles. Also, It was like 60% vegetables so it felt like there wasn't much noodles in the dish. 7/10-Blueberry Lemonade: Smirnoff Blueberry vodka, blueberry puree, and lemonade. What's not to love. This drink was sweet and refreshing. Super dangerous, I could down a bunch of these. 9/10
The atmosphere is energetic and the folks there are so helpful and polite. Food was exceptional great with plenty of taste for your tastebuds ? Definitely will return… also music was excellent and fit the whole experience. A must if you are in town ??
Fun location to get together with friends at and start the night or end the evening at. There's a lot of variety with the food and drink options available (super tasty food). I would warn against some overcharges though, twice now I've ended up having additional fees or even double the amount charged to my card than what appears on the receipt.
Haven't been here since it was Mr. Smith's. Renegade is rocking the Clarendon live entertainment scene and the live YouTube streams of their concerts gives +1 stars. The drink prices run $10 at showtime so get your party on before crashing the door. Fortunately scattered water coolers abound.
Great food & awesome band on Tuesday night. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Looks like they have different music each night. We’ll be back to check out other nights as it seems like a cool place to check out music. I was really impressed with their food menu options. Plenty of different dishes & reasonably priced. We ordered the shiitake lo mein which is one of the best lo mein noodles I’ve ever had. The Egyptian falafel was great as well as the steak croissant sandwich. Really delicious flavors. The churros were the final meal which was an absolute delight. I wish I lived closer to this neighborhood because I could see myself becoming a regular here, such a cool spot.
Hands down one of our most favorite spots! The music is always amazing, the bands are such a fun experience and the food, omg the food and the drinks are OUTSTANDING! The staff is always so friendly !!!

The owner is mad cool. I ended up here because some random girl off of fb suggested I try the lemongrass beef. The owner told me if it wasn’t the best steak I’ve ever had he’d buy it. To make a long story short I paid and my tip matched my bill. I highly recommend y’all give it a shot and tell the owner he needs a hip hop night ?
Saw a great band called Starting Early. They played a lot of Beatles and 70’s - 90’s rock. Place was packed with fans.
