Worst bagel I have ever been served, tried to eat. Stale, tasteless and literally 1 teaspoon of cream cheese. "Great" it is NOT! Do not waste your money like I did.
The "Host" was so disrespectful and rude!
Signs says hours of operation 4AM but we didn’t get served until 6.Big dude behind the counter said “it’s going to be a long day” , because some customer were standing at the register and not the sign that says order here. Why? Why he say that like he tired of the customers when we just started the day. Obviously he doesn’t like his job. They need put some pep in they step, and open up a little faster.
Setting aside my issues with service, the bagel (after toasting) is mushy. Its obliterated with cream cheese to distract you from its inadequacy. It's properly described as 'sub-Einstein'. The second star is merely for opening their doors, even though they did so missing about half of the breakfast ingredients... go literally anywhere else if you can.
Its ok not so well place little expensive.
Upcharge tactics. Out of plain bagels by 630 am, 2$ upcharge for asiago. I wouldn't even call these bagels, too soft. How do I own one of these? do you have to sell your soul first, or is it in the contract?
Had the service been even mediocre there would be no room for complete dissatisfaction. Rude service, ridiculous upcharging tactics and a very basic bagel. Salmon and cream cheese bagel $12. First and last visit.
Slow slow slow. It’s just bagels, but somehow you wait over 5 minutes after you order for something that should take a minute. You can get a whole chik fil a meal faster. Avoid if possible.
Ordered an Asiago bagel double toasted with butter. Received an un-toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese. Guy who served me is steady asking about his break and no one is paying attention to the customers or who gets what
1.Had to go back because they forgot a bagel 2. Definitely overcharged for bagels. Their menu is wrong. 3. Very underwhelming bagels.Stay away
