TERRIBLE experience. We came for hookah and the flavor my friend picked was way too strong. I asked if we could change the flavor and he said no. They have an option to get a refill, and we asked if we could get the refill and change the flavor to which they said no. I ordered the chicken shawarma and literally couldn't even swallow the first bite down because it was so bad. I asked if I could return it and they said no because they had already made it. Worst customer service. Definitely not coming back.
Love this place! Food is great, their arguile is good and they let you just hangout without pressuring you to leave by giving you the check as other restaurants here do.Service really depends on the waiter you get but we love Zeinab, she's amazing!
We asked if the food was fresh they said yes. It wasn't fresh and the food was cold when we received it.

A bit expensive but definitely worth the price. The steak and cheese and Nakanik sandwiches are my favorites, but the one that takes the cake is their hookah with a special head. It definitely packs more flavor and lasts much longer. If you are a hookah connoisseur who is used to the real hookah in the Middle East, this is as close as you can get in this area … except of course for the price, which is a lot cheeper in the Mideast.
Nice atmosphere. I ordered shawarma and Turkish coffee. Both were delicious. The service was great too.
