The crew at night is a mess, they have 20 people inside waiting for their orders because they can't seem to be organized. Uber and doordash drivers pile up i side, mobile orders that supposedly are ready are not and if you order at the kiosk you ha e to way more that 30 mins for the food. The need a staff retraining or so.ething be ause it's always a problem at this location.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on DoorDash, when my dasher got there, they told her that my order had been “stolen” and they would not replace it. When my dasher asked them to cancel the order on their end, they refused and started yelling at her and berating her. The general manager told me to call and then they never answered the phone.
1st ignore the shill reviews. 2nd for the savvier customers that use apps to save time and money, don't at this location, they'll end up wasting both...consistently, talking hour long waits, the quality just seems low even by taco bell standards. Hopefully van dorn will be better but not holding my breath as it's still bumpkin country and I'm realizing little in the area operates smoothly but when it's exceptionally poor yeah the public must be warned. Whole staff needs some chik fil a type retraining on the technical and service sides. One saving grace is the older female manager she does seem to try and deal with what she has at her disposal. Hopefully the owner isn't greedy and complacent and takes heed to make improvements until this whole process is fully automated and reliable
Haven't been here in decades!!! Was with the wife and we both ordered the Combo meal. 2 Chalupa Supremes with 1 Taco ? Supreme plus Large drink. YUMMMMMMMM!!!!????????
The whole parking and drive through set up is awful. Be prepared to wait 10 to 20 minutes in the lane at peak times. Really nice and understanding staff though
Went inside.They will not take your order, have to self serve.All the food goes out the drive-thru.Took forever to get my order.Use the drive through.
Took 20 minutes to get 3 tacos, wasn't busy at all. New flaming cool ranch is good
Food is always hot and fresh at this location. Staff are pleasant (but may mumble on the drive-thru intercom).
I went to this Taco Bell at on 02/06/22. They close late and have late hours posted. I waited in line for about 30 minutes and the staff that worked that shift did not take any orders. They waited over 30 minutes until the restaurant closed to not take any orders. There were 3 other cars also waiting in line who did not get served. If this restaurant closes earlier than the time set then they should change their hours online and on their doors. Honestly, the employees purposely ignored customers. Whoever was on that shift needs to be held accountable because they clearly aren’t doing their job. I understand it’s a terrible shift to work but it’s the job they chose to work. They have to respect the hours they work and not ignore customers. Especially because they had plenty of time to finish serving the customers in line.
Although my breakfast order was wrong, it was still taco bell, so really how bad could it be? Regardless I feel like there needs to be some more attention to detail paid to orders in the drive thru. Service was exceptionally fast, however steak was not what I had ordered in my breakfast crunch wrap.
