Customer service is cool & food is good, only issue I've with them is the card machine it doesn't work proper when u are tryna 2 use your credit or debit cards. Also the store is hella clean though

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I submitted an order via the app and was told I can't get it. Someone didn't know how to check the system and wanted me to pay again for another order!!!! No supervisor around, can only get my order or food when the system says it's time to make it???!!!!
I celebrated my birthday this evening in this gorgeous place. Well we passed a wonderful evening and the place was evidently one of the reasons for that fruitful meeting. The crew helped in a graceful manner, the meals were extremely good and my guests were so happy. We shall definitely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Unreliable. They will not follow your online instructions when preparing your sandwich and 4 times out of 5 there's some sort of issue... regardless of how many notes you give them or precautions you try to take. Recommend you consider other options.
I ate here a lot when I worked in the area, the staff are great and really friendly. Really reccomend if you want a good lunch around Ballston.
Bathrooms are clean and ready to go excellent service.
