Absolutely slowest one in the area. Do not recommend. Doesn’t matter if you order via mobile or in person, they move incredibly slow even during peak morning hours (when you’d think there’d be some hustling or pep in their step).
great baristas but this location is never open during the posted hours. they are usually closed early. they also generally have mobile order turned off which is annoying
This is VENTI size vanilla oat milk shaken espresso with light ice…. , which at most is a grande!!! Also, it taste so so so light, not creamy at all, and I couldn’t even feel the oatmeal-like flavor……It was a highly terrible experience, and I wish they could improve their product in the future.
Just now I went to buy a coffee at this location, I place my order and I waited for more than 15 minutes to just get a regular coffee.Some people came after me and they already got their coffees and left before me and I was still waiting after with more than 15 minutes the lady came and asked me I ordered anything.the employee at this location are treating people based on their race which is inappropriate this is how I felt today. it’s totally inappropriate that people treat other people differently just because of their race and because how they look .
Before their remodel in early March, this place ran like a well-oiled machine. But ever since they reopened on March 14, the service is embarrassingly awful. On Wednesday 3/16 at 1:00PM, only one person was making the drinks for both walk-in & online orders. It wasn’t that busy, but she was extremely slow and flustered very easily. The other person at the register offered her very little support.
Really Bad. Ordered three Caramel Frappuccinos. It was basically crushed ice with milk. Also bought the pistacho Frappuccino. That one tasted like crushed ice. But with rotten milk.
There is a building permit sign on the door that says it is being renovated and will reopen on March 14, 2022. Good to know since the staff here were always friendly and made the drinks properly, plus it's in a convenient location. It is a small store so hopefully they will improve the ventilation and have a way to open the windows, given the new era we live in.
New employee with big lashes on had a attitude and was throwing orders down and not calling them out. Poor customer service.
