Quick service and nice folk.
Quick, accurate, and friendly service. Another customer spilled their drink while I was there. The staff noticed, offed to clean the spill for him, and provided a replacement drink free of charge. They may be in a hotel, but they're significantly better than some other Starbucks I've been to.
Excellent Starbucks. Attentive and friendly staff recognize frequent visitors and process orders quickly and accurately. The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is amazing. They provide the latest specialty drinks and menu items. Glass windows allow bright light into the warm and inviting seating space. Plenty of outside shaded seating space.
I got food poisoned by their egg sausage and cheese sandwich and my stomach has been upset the whole day. Normally when I order it it’s been fine, but this time I bought two. One had black and dark tortilla, and every bite tasted bitter. The egg in it got dark too. Not many people visit it so I think they must’ve had the burrito there for a long time. Will not go back for their burritos again.
Poor organization. They do not accept online orders. It takes a long time to get even an expresso. They are very laid back. Too laid back. They seem properly manned. Maybe they need 'motivation'. Not recommended. Not very professional.
Nice and clean. Staff was not particularly friendly but the drinks came out quick.
The short woman there is always rude. I have never seen her polite beyond that of a monotone robot but have seen her ride to multiple people. When she makes a mistake she won’t apologize or admit fault. When you ask for anything off the secret menu she says they don’t have it. Considering the ingredients are the same for the drink I wanted, as an advertised regular drink she served to another person, this is just lazy. Another person in line wanted to use his Starbucks app but she refused and said they don’t have it, yet the other register did it 3 people later. She didn’t wash her hands before handling food after she just finished wiping down tables and sweeping either. Very rude and lazy woman there and considering she is there all the time and gives orders, she is likely a manager.
Slow employees
Had to repeat my order 5 times before someone can properly work their system. Lack of employee training.
