I'm a drive-thru "regular" at this location - whether they know it or not! and I am constantly impressed both by the consistently positive attitudes and smiles of the employees as well as their superb efficiency. the line can look daunting as you pull up - but on the busiest days I've come across, they're still going to give you the fastest service possible. Once or twice I've tried parking and going inside to evade the drive through. While no faster, it was just as pleasant an experience. Very clean cafe, very kind workers.
Note: address is correct (though Lee Highway's name has changed to Langston Blvd.) but location is no longer in Lee-Harrison Shopping Center, as pinned on Google's map, rather, it is around the corner. New location has enormous parking lot and huge, well-used drive-through lane. Inside is spacious too.
SLOWEST STARBUCKS EVER. It’s ridiculous how slow these people are. You might wait 20 minutes for your drink, with no one ahead of you. No exaggeration. I would rather drive another 10 minutes to the next Starbucks, cause in total it will take less time.
These guys are great - super kind and super fast. The location is not in Harris Teeter, it’s down Langston just west of Harris Teeter on the north side of the street.

Super quiet Starbucks with drive thru and ample room for seating.
Worst costumer service. I ever saw in my whole life. She was so rude. I don’t want to come this place. I told her my name but she ignored and wrote my name as lobby. Thank you
Good drinks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We have gone back multiple times and it's almost never disappoints.
