every time i go to buy coffee they ignore my order. I only drink black coffee. I don't have an order that will take time like Frappuccino, latte … And today I wait 12 mins to get my black coffee. I told her I work at the mall I’m in a hurry she said that my coffee on the way. Then everyone who came after me dispersed and I was left alone… I've never experienced this once or twice, repeatedly
Cappuccino and the flat white is drinkable but not good. Way to hot.

I go to this Starbucks for 20 years and this is the first time I got expelled from the place. An African American guy suddenly came and put the chairs on top of the tables making a lot of noise and I could see he was very angry. He didn’t inform to us that the place would close just came and took the chairs with a lot of noise and dragging the tables fiercely. First time in 20 years....This rating is for Starbucks in Macy’s at Pentagon City. I copied this there
Service is so quick. You might Find yourself on the line, it quite busy! Since it is in the food court area, you can order the other things while waiting for your coffee

I ordered using the app as I always do but the order went to the 16th and u st location by mistake. Rather than honor the order they laughed and said “that’s the NW store”. I reordered my daughter’s drink because she’s a child but I did not want to spend any money at this location after my experience here. Please train this staff better
One of the best. In the busiest mall and still makes time to learn your name. Definitely appreciated.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks location. The workers are so rude and 2 ladies working behind the counter had an attitude. They snatched drink holders out of my hand. Then got upset when they ruined my order. Don’t bother going to this location.
Best run Starbucks in Northern Virginia! They know everyone in the community! And they know our drinks! They deserve TEN stars!
