This is by far the worst Starbucks in Northern VA. They will get your mobile orders consistently wrong. Once or twice is an anomaly, but consistently getting orders wrong and taking over 15 minutes to process an order is just sad. Avoid this starbucks.
Worst Starbucks ever. Workers are clearly not understanding what customer service means. After ignoring me for 5 minutes (without a line), They take our order. I had to substitute for so many things and then when i am waiting for my order that is when he decides to tel me that they are out of that as well. Avoid this location. It was the worst experience I had with customer service.
