It's been a long time since i been to a shake shack. I have been to this spot before and i absolutely love it. I no longer live in the area anymore so i can't come as often as i would like but it highly recommend this location as everytime i come i never been disappointed. I tried one of the summer drinks i forgot what it was called but the one with mango and it was really good. I will try to come again when I'm around.
The girlfriend and I got dinner here for the first time, and unfortunately, it wasn't good.Upon ordering at the kiosk, you enter your phone number and are supposed to get a text letting you know your order is ready. After getting an order confirmation text, we patiently waited 20 minutes before checking in with the cashier. Apparently they failed to send the text, so our food was cold.Otherwise, our experience was mediocre. The portions are very small for the price you pay, the shakes aren't great, and my bacon and cheese fries were hastily thrown together, as there was barely enough bacon and cheese for a couple fries, let alone a whole order of fries.Long story short, it's not worth it. Overpriced, small portions, and the staff didn't let us know our order was ready.I'm disappointed.
Celebrated a birthday here after being told they couldn't accommodate a party of our size across the street. Food came out quick and delicious. To top it off, the manager came out and helped the birthday boy celebrate with a round of custard to go with the cake we had. A+ hospitality! Saved the day.
In general, I think Shake Shack is overrated, but this location, in particular, is a disappointment. Unfriendly staff, the app never seems to be working to order ahead and the ordering screens also don’t always work. I had frozen custard here that was very freezer burnt and it may have been spoiled, too. I ended up just throwing it away. However, it’s not terrible, and if you’re a huge fan of Shake Shack, it will probably only be slightly below your expectations. My burgers have always been good here, and it’s honestly not that expensive compared to other fast casual dinner options nearby!
Shake Shack is generally pretty good, so this is about this particular location. I got my food and after a bit realized I needed napkins. I asked for some and it turns out they didn't have any. I asked about paper towels or something else, and the employees just shrugged and ignored me. It's kind of hard to eat a burger and fries without any napkins and the attitude about this from the employees was pretty irritating. Food's good though.
Delivery driver dropped off Chinese food. Uber suggested I call the restaurant, as they are unable to view the order since I ordered through the Shake Shack app. Called the restaurant twice, however nobody answered and the voicemail box was full. Won’t be ordering from this establishment again. Will be advising friends and associates of the same.
The Hamburger is very small. The price is very high compared to size and taste. You pay $5 for 6 pieces of mediocre and non-crispy fries. You would pay $9 for a quarter size burger! $3.50 for a half 12oz cup tea and lemonade(the rest is ice)!Do not waste your time & money here, there are many better hamburger with reasonable price around here.
I went on October 26 to try the new truffle sandwiches, but for some reason they didn't have it. I was only able to order the fries with truffle sauce. It's a shame that I would have driven so far just to go try that sandwich and they didn't have it ??. I had to settle for ordering a regular burger.
Favorite high-end fast burger. At this location I have diverted from my classic order (two patties and shake sauce only plus a chocolate shake) and tried the special truffle burger - deeeeeliicious!Fries are always good too, recommend the shake sauce to go with it.
