Shake Shack somehow managed to capitalize on the simplicity of appearing generic. The taste is fairly generic too, but it’s definitely higher quality than conventional fast food burgers.. It’s above average.. but,Does it feel good to pay $12 for a nondescript canned beer and a small portion of fries covered goopy cheese sauce?Eating out is super competitive these days. Maybe I’m poor and can’t afford to eat out..
Had the bad luck to get in line behind 20 plus school kids who were using a prepaid coupon for their meal. Service was good but slow. Ordered the Bourbon Back burger it didn't look like the picture but was good. Also had the cheese bacon fries which were tasty. I always like crinkle fries. The chocolate shake was okay.
What happen to the pick up parking?Don’t even bother picking your order up because there is no parking spot. You would either have to be lucky enough to find a parking or have to park inside the mall garage which is pretty far out.Please get your things together. Order said it would be ready at a certain time, but it takes another 20 minutes to get ready?
Decent burgers. Very slow service. The tipping prompt they’ve added at the register is obnoxious (pay your employees a living wage and stop trying to coerce customers into subsidizing your business).
Food was good, service was okay, wait was horrible. I waited almost 40 minutes for a take away burger without any sides, and there were only two people in line in front of me when I got there. A whole lot of people stumbled in later and got served before me. It will be a long time, if ever I would choose this place over any of the other close by venues.
Really delicious!!! I recommend trying excellent taste of the burgers in general everything is delicious. We passed with our daughters and they also gutted the place and their food!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A 10 star for the very friendly guys and the cashier so cute!
Overrated. 1st time trying this place today. They were out of custard...lolSo? No shakes or rootbeer floats.Over priced, and their shack burger( which is their top burfer on the menu) is small like a regular little ole wendy's hamburger with a piece of lettuce and a cute little tomato..lolOver priced for the hype if you ask me.. the burger had no flavor at all.2 thumbs down for me.
This was probably the worst experience I have had in the last five years eating out. We are a family of four, ordered at the counter and waited. Because of the hight volume of mobile orders, our food was made and sat on the counter for about 20 minutes. A different customer came in while we waited, disappointed that his order was delayed and his order was rushed (and offered a feee drink). When our food was delivered, cold, we asked for it to be warmed up and we’re told it would be another 15 minutes. Summary: 35 minutes for average, Luke warm food while others were out ahead of us. Would not recommend this shake shack at all!
I am highly upset at this appalling matter. I ordered 2 smoke shack burgers for my wife and I and upon her biting into her burger she discovered multiple hairs in both the meat as well as the bun. This is extremely disgusting and unacceptable for a food establishment.
Burgers, fries and shakesEverything is ala carte. It's quite expensive per person. I would imagine the cost of real estate in the area requires the cost to be passed onto the consumer. Very limited seating for a weekend. We had to take our food to the food court seating area inside the mall. We had to lean against the wall waiting for our food.
