Delicious Korean food! Absolutely loved our quick dinner here. I had the purple rice burrito ? with spicy pork and creamy sriracha. It was great - I loved that the restaurant was 100% gluten free! The only drawback is it's takeout only, but we were able to eat next door. Will definitely visit again!
Pretty tasty. Think of it as a Korean chipotle/cava - rice or noodle base, protein, and toppings. Although, it’s the most expensive of the three. $14 for a bowl.
Ordered a bulk order of spicy pork and bulgogi. Quality was not good. Meat wasn’t fresh. Did not taste right. Texture was not good. Asked for refund for uneaten food. It was doordash. Doordash said that the owner of store won’t allow it. The kale salad was also not good. Disappointing experience.
FOUND HUGE HAIR IN FOOD! I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, but I had to in this case especially given the circumstances. It was my first time at this place and I ordered a bowl. I did not have much trouble while ordering and even tipped them at the end. Upon eating my food I pulled out a LONG HAIR out of my mouth amid all the food I was chewing. it was just disgusting. I went back to inform them of this and I got a dismal, "sorry about that". I asked for a refund and was ushered out with another dismal "sorry for that". I have worked in customer service for over four years before and that is simply not how you attentively respond to a customer than was about to swallow hair from your food. There seemed to be no care about retaining me as a customer. McDonald's would have done better. The food is also very subpar and lack luster. Will never go again and DO NOT recommend.
The food was fine but customer service left a lot to be desired. Location was dirty, unorganized and unprofessional. No toilet paper in bathrooms. I was embarrassed that I suggested this location. I have had good experiences at their other locations, so this was a huge letdown.

Great build-your-own-bowl type place. Nice introduction for those not familiar to Korean food. The spicy pork was very well marinated (wasn't pork belly unfortunately). White rice was cooked well. The kimchi was sorta lacking color but I guess the flavor was there. The Korean Hot Sauce (gochujang sauce) was a nice touch. Good number of toppings available, so feel free to explore. I enjoyed my meal from there. A shame that it is a to-go spot so there wasn't any seating.
Great experience at the grand opening, the line moved super quickly and everyone was very friendly. Excited to have a new option in Rosslyn!
