I really have no idea what place these other reviewers went to but there’s no way it was the same place I’m sitting in. Place is empty on a summer Saturday night for a reason. Their “late night menu” starts at 9pm and is awful. The only good thing is beer that you can get absolutely anywhere else. The bar staff just doesn’t care whether you’re happy or not. The menu was updated a month ago and there’s no updates online anywhere. If I saw an updated menu I would have never come here. We drove 45 minutes for this? Waste of time!!!

Shepherds Pie was very bland, and had no taste. Staff was clearly overworked and they need more help.

I used to like you guys but seriously? $17 for chicken curry to go and you put it in two cups, not even filled to the top. I’ve eaten this inside more than once and I know it is served on a substantially sized plate. Fool me once…

Good food, good drinks, good service. Several free parking gqrages nearby solidfy it as go-to spot, whether for brunch or late night drinks. Their kitchen does tend to close kind of early (around 9pm) BUT they also often have good live music

great food and nice atmosphere

I have enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The food is so, so good. I've been about 6 times in the past two weeks, I haven't ordered the same thing because the menu is full of delicious options. The ambiance is great, the staff is great, the food is great.Update: the bread pudding is very good. So is their brunch/lunch menu. The Shepard's pie is incredible. The live music they've had has been very good.

We came here ok a Tuesday night. Some street parking in Shrilington. No one at the hostess stand and no sign indicating to seat yourself. Finally had a server who sat is with menus who ended up being our server. Took about 10 minutes after we sat down before she came back with water and another 5 minutes or so before she came and took our order. We ordered the Calamari and for drinks, I ordered the What's the Craic'n and my boyfriend ordered the velvet devil. The drinks were delicious and they have a good selection of beers and cocktails.Calamari had some kind of paprika or Chilli powder seasoning through the middle of the dish but inconsistent otherwise. Calamari was good and so was the sauce it came with. For dinner, I ordered the Guinness Burger but I substituted the fries instead of the mash. Boyfriend ordered the Beef Wellington. Tough to cut through and somewhat decently cooked. Pastry was still a little doughy and only the Mushroom on the top of the Wellington. Mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were delicious. Guinness burger was good but there was a portion where I got a very burnt taste.Took awhile after we ate to get a dessert menu - we ordered the molten chocolate Lava cake. The cake itself was amazing. Ice cream with it was good but it was really frozen and hard to even get a spoon through.Overall food was ok but the service was slow. I would recommend coming here to get some beers or cocktails.

Lively atmosphere and cold beer on tap. What more could you want? Grab a Guinness next time your in the area.

i love coming here to eat with my family or even for take out. the environment and staff are really nice, the food is always prepared great. i highly recommend the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. best chicken sandwich you'll ever eat (:

The food was good but all of the beer was flat. I let them know that it was flat and showed them that my yellow water did not have a single bubble in it. They really didn’t seem to care. Maybe next time
