Honestly, I have pretty mixed feelings about Saigon. I still appreciate that they have a vegetarian pho option, which Saigon's highly popular counterpart across the street lacks, but their vegetable and tofu pho is honestly one of the only advantages that Saigon has over the other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The vegetarian pho broth is pretty lacking in flavor, but thankfully everything can be fixed with a bottle of sriracha and hoisin sauce. They provided an average serving of fried tofu, but the tofu was a bit dry despite being submerged in the broth, but I couldn't tell if it was because the tofu was overcooked or had been left to sit out for too long. The veggies were a bit overcooked, but I appreciated that they were quite plentiful. One thing that Saigon does have that other nearby Vietnamese restaurants lack, though, is traditional Vietnamese fare aside from banh mi and pho. One of the friends that I came here with ordered their fried tilapia platter, and he was pleasantly surprised by how authentic and delicious their take on this traditional dish was! I certainly appreciate Saigon, and it makes me sad to see how empty the restaurant is every time I visit, but the quality of their pho really can't compare to the many other Vietnamese spots in the D.C. / NoVA area. I'll still come here out of convenience (and because Pho 75 still can't accommodate my dietary restrictions), but if I have access to a car or am truly craving great pho, I'll probably opt for another location.

This used to be one of my favorite pho places to order from but lately the quality has significantly decreased. The pho soup now lacks a great depth in flavor and the meat seemed a little questionable. I’ve eaten here several dozen times but my latest pho order had me covered in hives as a result of a severe allergic reaction. This has never happened to me before after ordering from this place so I’m assuming they must have changed the ingredients used in their cooking which is extremely disappointing.

We found this place last night on google maps an were really surprised by the larger menu, decent pricing (for Washington) and the great quality of the food. We had wan-tan-soup, a Pho and Stir-Fried noodles with lots of vegetables and mixed seafood & meat - all for $70 incl. a beer. Seating in- and outside. Inside very nice atmosphere & friendly owner too. We enjoyed it and can recommend this place!

This place is AMAZING. The food is exceptional and the service and hospitality is just incredible. The owner Jovi, is full of energy and has the best recommendations and suggestions. I've been here several times but leaving a review now. Today we had the garlic butter wings, Korean beef short ribs, brisket pho and chicken pho. Everything was absolutely top notch.

I did not like the Pho soup at all; but my wife has loved it a lot. Every time she goes, she take me to this place. Now, I love it, especially number 17 soup on the menu has rich with meats and others. I recommend this place for whoever loves pho soups.

I really enjoyed dining here. This place is completely changed in a good way. Food is amazingly tasty with good portion. Nice and calm environment with beautiful decor. Plus, they have a bar now on the corner. I love it.

I’ve been a huge fan of Saigon Noodle and Grill. At first it was the mom and pop location in Springfield then The location off Wilson Blvd. Liam was the manager at the time. Sadly since he’s left the service hasn’t been the same. I walked in today and no one was at the register for a good 10/12 min. I had to call the store phone while inside just to get someone to come to the front to take my order. I really miss Liam.

Nice dinner . They also have Pho veggie, which is a plus. Nice service at the terrace. Good place to have dinner and enjoy the end of the day

What a lovely experience! From the beautiful decor to lovely ambiance to the absolute best customer service- all around awesome experience!Amazing balance between upscale dining and feeling that cozy homey feel when invited to someone’s home… I’m so glad I live close to this restaurant. I’ve since brought my friends, my brother in law who was visiting and my parents when they were in town. Raving reviews all around! If U haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out.
