It was a very nice time. The service, noise level, and food was good.

My husband and I went there for our first time last night. We ordered the veal ravioli appetizer and the Tomahawk steak!!! We were not impressed by the ravioli at all. However the waiters recommendation of the tomahawk steak was great! We had it with the blue cheese crust! To finish we had the bread pudding and the waiter was so nice to suggest he can give me the sauce for the dessert without the liquor made with it since I was pregnant. I appreciated that. We would definitely go back. Also service was wonderful our waiter was Rob and will definitely ask for him on our next visit.
It was exactly what I hoped for, starting from the upscale atmosphere, pleasant hostess, awesome waiter, great drinks and wonderful food. I will be returning for sure.
The food was excellent. The service was fantastic. The view of the changing colors during sunset on the Potomac was great. Every course came at exactly the right moment. The only issue we had was that we were seated beside the door to the kitchen and there was a giant blower there that was very noisy. If there was background music that others could hear - we could not. My left ear was pretty deaf to anything the waiter said because the fan was so loud - and it was just maybe four feet away. I am not sure if they were drying the carpet (it was one of those fans they use when a house has water damage). That was the only thing that prevented us from having the perfect experience. I wish you had classes in the kitchen - because I would love to be able to prepare my steaks to perfection like you do.
Professional and friendly staff. Clean environment. Did was delicious and cooked perfectly. Will continue eating at this restaurant!
Food was really good
We started off with the AC not working so they had fans everywhere. They did move us to a window seat at our request after we saw someone leaving. The food was good but poorly timed. The steaks came out while we were still enjoying our appetizers. The server took a long time to get our drink order out. It came after our apps showed up. I feel like this Ruthâs Chris did not live up to our expectations. Itâs a great location but not a great experience. We may try other locations but probably not come back to this one.
The lobster Mac and cheese was excellent but the ribeye was grisly (not well marbled) and tough- tasteless. The server came with a second knife when he saw I was having a problem. Second knife was a little better. My grandson looked sad and said his daddy grilled good steaks. I would have sent it back but it would have meant more time there. Service was excellent but steak was the worst Iâve ever had. I suggested they invest in steak knives. I may give it one more chance but if I ever see another steak like that I will never return. A true waste of money
