This is a great place to dine! We loved everything about this restaurant: atmosphere, decor, the way tables are served with beautiful traditional Uzbek dishes, clean white table cloths, pleasant music, excellent service, and absolutely delicious food! The owner was so friendly and super sweet! Best Uzbek restaurant we've ever been in the US. Thank you RusUz for wonderful experience!

I really like the food here and have been multiple times. Yesterday I was disappointed with the service. We sat down for dinner around 8 pm (restaurant closes at 10) we ordered food and the vodka sampler. At 9 pm we were told multiple times the restaurant was closing and that it was last call for anything (drinks included). I feel like it is rude and unprofessional to make your guests feel unwelcome during business hours. It wasn’t even close to closing time yet and we felt the staff was annoyed we were there past 9.

Absolutely love this place. Definitely a great place if your looking to have some European food. Wasn’t your average spot, which was exactly what we wanted! Had the beef stroganoff it was fantastic. The flavored vodka was great, they were out of some flavors so were hoping to try them next time we go in.

I am writing this review as the husband of an amazing Russian cook. We both very much like the authentic Russian cuisine at Rus Uz.Those unfamiliar with Russian cuisine should try the pelmini, which are Russian dumplings. The food here is extremely good.At first prices may seem high. But there is not much demand for Russian cuisine in the US. This makes it very difficult to maintain such a high quality restaurant. Also, many of the ingredients come from the other side of the world.

Been to this place a couple of times. My family really likes the food here so we end up here at least once every time they're in town. The food is tasty. Dumplings and the stuffed cabbage are a must. They are well seasoned. I recently had the salmon and was very happy with it. Perfectly cooked. The honey cake is delicious (honey cake is a laborious endeavor and they do a good job at it). If you like Eastern European food, you will like this place. The staff are really nice (I feel like they must recognize us by now), even though we routinely stay until closing when we come for dinner.

First time ever at a Russian restaurant!Wish we had one where I'm from. The waiter was very helpful at pointing out true traditional dishes.Had the followingPirozhki with beef filling...filo baked stuffed dough.... ExcellentBorscht soup... I love it but this was better than I've had in the past... Full of cabbage and beef chunks!Mantis:. Steamed dumplings stuffed with lamb and veggies... Oh my!I couldn't finish itEnded with a flight of 5 infused vodkas....If you've never been.. Go... If you have...I bet you'll go again?

RusUz was extremely accommodating of our big group. I enjoyed the beer & entree for $25 special. The potato and mushroom vareniki was delicious, I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Not very impressed with authenticity of food and quality of it as well. Presentation is very nice however the plov I’ve ordered was dry. Prices are kinda high but I’m guessing for the area they are normal.

Absolutely amazing dinner at Rus Uz tonight! Delicious appetizers of potatoes and ground beef in phyllo with sour cream dipping sauce. My entree was excellent! Lamb shank with white rice and perfectly prepared vegetables! As good as any Greek lamb shank I have ever eaten! We had four different entrees and all were incredible. The server was kind and attentive. We can’t wait to go back!

Tasty food & nice vibe. Parking is available on streets nearby, need to search on the streets for a while.
