Solid restaurant, especially for an airport. The portions were large, and food came out quickly. The fries were our favorite, hot and crispy. Quinoa salad was good, though maybe a bit overboard with the amount of quinoa relative to the other stuff. Club sandwich was standard. You order and pay on the iPads, so things actually move pretty quickly. Don't have to worry about flagging someone down when you have to run for your flight! This restaurant is also a bit before the main part of the terminal, so it's quieter. By the gates there's constant loud announcements, but inside this restaurant it's just the normal restaurant noise.

Started buying a burger at $16, upgraded to 10oz and my bill ended up being $28. For a burger and fries. I will say it looks tasty, the burger came out the way I ordered. but the outside of the was burnt? Like just bitter burnt. Kinda dissapointed. The fries were great, wish they gave me twice as much though l, I left hungry and im not a total fatty. The guy who dropped off my food was nice enough, asked if I wanted any other sauces etc. For the price, next time I'm flying through DCA I will go to custom burger and just get a burger for like $9 without any strings attached.

Open, airy & convenient restaurant directly inside the Southwest TSA checkpoints. Totally digital ordering experience. Everything you order must be on their menu. You pay directly on their iPad. You will run into issues if you need to change your order after you pay on the iPad. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. We ordered:1. Build your own omelette with provolone, tomatoes, & spinach with regular coffee.2. Brasserie breakfast containing Smoked Bacon, Rosemary Potatoes, & Tomatoes Provencal with steel-cut oatmeal & cappuccino.

$7 latte. I will bet my vacation that it was made from powder. Fruit plate $12 honeydew and cantelope. Few blueberries and strawberry slices. Semi fresh. Fruit flies were the only extra they don’t charge for and very generous with them. Never expect much from airport restaurant. This place is par.

For 50 dollars I order one drink and two appetizers. You can only order the drinks listed on the iPad and what I got was not what was pictured. It was supposed to be grapefruit soda and tequila (A Paloma). It was SUPER sweet and pink with ice literally coming out of the glass and no salt on the rim... I asked someone that worked there and he just says, no that's right. Okay whatever, then my french onion soup comes out and the bowl is FULL of soggy french fried onions with a little broth. The only cheese was a tiny bit on a little slice of baguette. By the end it felt like eating mouthfuls of wet dough. The kicker is that three staff members are standing 4 chairs away from me at the end of the bar complaining about a customer, profanity included. There are some great reviews on here, so maybe it was on off day. I just wasn't impressed.

We visited on a Saturday morning, it was quite empty. The whole iPad thing felt dystopian but also was efficient and easy. Our burger and fries were \\\"better than they had any right to be\\\" being airport food. Definitely one of the best airport bars I've ever been to.

The crab cake was so good. And this is the best cup of tea I have had in a long time. It’s called Aviation blend.

Hey Reservoir! Don’t tell your single travelers to “go sit in the corner or at the bar because you are taking up space for more people” when all of the bar seats are dirty or full and the chairs are welded to the floor. This is an airport… expect single travelers. Decent pancakes though.

Waiter never came by so we got up and got glasses and the pitcher. Waiter told us to sit down. He’d bring the water. He never refilled the water, so we got up multiple times to serve ourselves. Food was not that good and you have to tip a minimum of 16% as you order so if you are unhappy too bad. Will never go back.

Carlos. It was all about Carlos. My flight hae been delayed a few hours and I'm actually writing this review right now sitting at a table, And he has made a really long honestly bad day the best it could possibly be with his awesome personality and kindness as well as knowledge about gluten free items and where to go next after they closed.\\n\\nI'm also sitting here noticing that he is going from table to table delivering the same outstanding service that he has been giving me and honestly it has made my entire afternoon he really has been going above and beyond with every single person around me.\\n\\nIf anyone deserves praise and a raise it's Carlos because he really is that awesome and cares that much about other people if I'm ever finding myself at this airport again I know exactly where I'm going which is here and hopefully catch Carlos again working his shift absolutely great person and great employee.
