Nice bar, clean, friendly, good bar food. Enjoyed the time thier!
Boxed frozen tenders, weak buffalo sauce, and lame blue cheese round out your buffalo tenders experience. Way bland burgers with way too much bread to meat ratio (2 patties just might have actually reached the edges of the bread)...but the mac and cheese was decent. Pretty tasteless, but my gf poured the bland buffalo sauce on it to give it needed flavor. The drinks were awesome though. I'd say hit happy hour cause they were a bit over priced but probably on par for the area, but for $80? So not worth it.
Unfortunately the common theme is lack of service. The place isn't staffed properly affecting every patrons experience negatively. Rhodes Grill or Inca seem to be the better alternatives that others go to in the area. Good popcorn thou
If you are looking for whiskey and bourbon this is your place. There are so many choices.
We stood at the door for more than 5 minutes. I wasn’t sure if we were to seat ourselves or not. During that time, I saw the bartender but she never said hello, or come on in and take a seat, or someone will be with you in a minute to seat you. I grabbed silverware and menus and sat us. Then a male server came over and greeted us. We ordered fried pickles which were OK. I personally feel that since they slice their pickles thick, they should have a thicker batter. The thin batter didn’t really stay on. I ordered a chicken salad which was quite expensive at I believe $19, maybe $18. I personally like my lettuce cut a little thicker than 1/2 or 3/4 inch wide. It was good and filling though, it was just the price that really was too much. All dishes we ordered had a nice presentation. The other orders in my group were an omelette, which were fine but the corned beef hash had eggs that were burnt on the bottom side. Eggs are to be cooked low and slow. Burnt eggs change the whole flavor of the meal. The server had zero personality, no smile, no umph, he was just there going through the motions. And for whatever reason, we still gave him 20% of the ridiculously expensive 3 meal tab of $65.
excellent food, great staff, great hangout
The water was great!Awesome place, worth the walk if you're in the area. The fried pickles tasted great as the appetizer, the medium burger ordered was cooked perfectly, and the chicken wings were a little dry (which could of been better). The atmosphere is great here, clean area, clean bar, bartenders were quick with helping you.The popcorn they give you is fantastic and made me want to buy a beer because I felt a little guilty.Very rare to find a place that treats the customer well.
Went here for brunch. A little loud but good for sports. Only stools. The coffee and bloody mary (with bbq seasoning and bacon) were delish. My sister and dad ordered the corn beef hash, which was yummy and generous in portion. My chicken and waffles was equally delicious but unfortunately, disappointing in the portion given the $. It was pretty good overal but not dying to return. Could gave better vegetarian options.
Pretzels are a must. Frozen apple cider is lovely! Might be a seasonal thing I’m not sure - a little expensive for a bar
