Meatball pizza is the best! I take it with no basil (i just don’t like basil). Taste of garlic, meatball, sauce, and cheese all so so delicious together. Crispy and yummy. Servers seem like they hate their job. We tried to dine in but there were 2 servers just talking, we told them we’re dining in they just said okay. We sat down and nobody came to us, we’ve been waiting like 5 min while they’re talking with each other. Then we just did take out.
We love Pupatella! Super authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. We get the pepperoni most of the time, sometimes I'll add olives, peppers or onions, but what I don't love is that you're limited to only 4 toppings at a time, including the cheese. The dough is super thin and it makes sense to limit toppings to not make your pizza fall apart, so I guess it's ok. We love dining out on the patio when it's nice; local staple for us, for sure.
I went in today, April 22, 2022, based on a coworkers recommendation. I ordered the pizza & waited. Had to ask after 20 minutes (I was told it would take 10-15 minutes) was my order ready to then be handed my pizza after being told it just came out. I go to the light on Walter Reed & while waiting decided to try a slice. For a $15.68 pizza, it should NOT be cold, with a burnt crust that tastes burnt, limp crust & unmelted cheese. Very disappointed. Back to The Broiler for me.
Very good pizza, especially if you like Neapolitan style. The house wines are good and make sure you check out the drink specials.
Nice selection of beer. Had the house pilsner. Ordered the chorizo pizza. I've gotten larger pizza for the price BUT I've NEVER gotten a pizza that tasted as good as this one.
Absolutely love this neighborhood restaurant. The outdoor seating, wonderful pizza, and great location. My wife and I have tried every pizza and love when new ones pop up. They are always busy the the wait never seems too long. If you live in south Atlington you must give them a try.
Love the pizza here but they have a terrible take out counter. Tonight they were 30 minutes late on providing my takeout order and didn’t apologize. It’s a mass of people waiting for the food at the front and would be best to just order your food when you get there because it would probably be faster
My favorite pizzeria in the DMV! The pizza is so fresh and delicious. Very authentic Napoli pizza. There’s usually a way for pick ups but I’ve always been able to get a table walking in
Brought my boyfriend to this place on the way back from Harper's Ferry. I hadn't been here for almost 10 years. Happy to report that the pizza is just as delicious as ever and the service was absolutely exceptional. It's also very clean and fast. I wish there were one closer to Hampton Roads!
Delicious Neapolitan pizza! My go to place when in the area. Crave it often! Plenty of parking & seating.
