The work ethic of the employees at this potbelly is horrible. The employees lazily lounge on the side table txting. Saw multiple times people had to go up to ask for napkins because the napkin dispensers were all empty. Even after this, instead of doing something useful and stocking the napkin dispensers, they just went on to go sit and txt and not stock the napkins. Customers looked irritated. Also the meat weighing scale just looks nasty and should be cleaned regularly , refrigerated, or use disposable wax paper on top. By the looks of it, the meat scale just sits out in the open in a non refrigerated environment, and the deli meat slime covered surface just festers in the open room temperature air all day long. This is a food safety concern and good place for bacteria to grow throughout the day if this weighing scale surface is not cleaned regularly. Either it needs to be chilled cleaned ever 30 minutes or use disposable wax paper on time. Or maybe forget the scale to begin with and just put the meat directly in the sandwich instead of the employees wasting a minute subtracting and adding one piece of meat to get the perfect weight.
Pretty good sandwiches, nuff said.
Friendly staff, great mac&cheese and broccoli soup
Good food. Great customer service. Vegetarian Friendly. Good for lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Fast. Sandwich, Soups, Salads, Shakes, Cookies
Some of the staff were not wearing gloves and mask when making sandwiches. Please make sure all the staff do it, I don’t feel safe going back and risking my health
Terrible customer service. Terrible sandwich...for the second time. When walking in, my gf and I greeted the employees and no one spoke back. So my gf continued to speak until someone did. Turns out everyone had headphones in. Sandwich didn't have everything on it that was asked. I will no longer give my money to this established.
Just go to subway. Unless you want a glass bottle drink.They will toast your sandwich without asking you if that what you want.Not new-comer friendly. Stay with your sandwich and pay at the end. There is no signage to suggest this.The Mac and cheese is a white cheddar cheese so it's lacking in bold flavor.

Food was good, but some staff members seem to have a bad attitude.
Does not feel COVID safe. An employee walked in from outside, and straight to the prep counter, without a mask or washing his hands. Pulled a mask from his shirt and put it on before asking me what I wanted, wearing no gloves.I asked him if he could wash his hands before making my sandwich, at which point he just walked off into the back.
