I understand fast food places tend to be understaffed and very busy. But this place was out of many items on the menu and my order was missing my sauce. Napkins are kept behind the counter. I did come during busy dinner time, but it was a long wait for everything, which is more disappointing when they are out of the multiple items on their menu.
Unfortunately this past visit my wife discovered a rusted crooked nail inside our 12pc family meal’s mashed potatoes while eating at our home after directly purchasing from our local Popeyes drive-through in Arlington, Virginia. Just an FYI
Great atmosphere, well attended, only issue, their soda machine, new n improved, but most sodas were out n older people have issues using it. ..??Miss u F.R.R.M
This Popeyes is very fast very good. Very good customer service. They get my order wrong and fix it with no problem. I love this Popeyes staff works very hard and pushes to the limit. Love it here.!!
An ok place for a quick meal and it's usually a rare treat for me when I decide to indulge ?. Access to the restaurant is not easy and it sits on a very busy thoroughfare ? so entering and exiting the parking lot can be a bit nerve-wracking ?. I was disappointed at my meal during my last visit ? b/c the cashier gave me 3 of the smallest and most scrawny chicken tenders I've ever seen ? at Popeye's. Unfortunately I was halfway down the road when I realized it. All-in-all, I've been pretty satisfied with any of my visits ?
Waited 30 min for tenders that the staff left on counter for 15 plus min. Manager sees everything then just handed me the old cold food that was handled by numerous staff. Didn't even ask if I wanted new order not that a had another 20 min to wait
I braved Virginia rush hour traffic to get to the King Street location to pick up my order, which I actually went online and ordered. It was a seamless process and of course the food was everything I knew it would be. Thanks to the drive thru crew that moved fast and got my order right.
If you want to wait a half hour for your food with no other customers in the establishment or waiting in the drive-thru AND your food order is completely wrong, then this is the place for you! Place is straight garbage!
Listen, Jahaiya took my order at the drive thru and was so accurate that I legit bought another chicken sandwich just because. She needs to train the employees at Dunkin Donuts on Columbia Pike because they're consistently throwing my Boston cremes in the bag and all the chocolate comes off. Anyway, thanks Jahaiya. Keep up the good work and accuracy.
Food was great, friendly service. The only negative was they didn't have enough dark meat on hand so had to wait 15 minutes....at least it was fresh.
