I just had a truly upsetting experience after calling the restaurant. There was an issue with my uber eats order so I called to straighten it out and the manager started yelling at me, told me I was not his customer and he didn't have to answer my questions. Told me to call the corporate office and to "stop talking" because he didn't have to listen to me. I was just trying to ask him where to type in my 1 topping choice for a 6 inch plus 1 topping pizza. It was insane. I kept asking and he kept yelling NOOOOO! NO!! I will not answer your question!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Ordered a large pizza at 8:21pm.didnt receive my order until 9:25pm. The driver got lost. My pizza was just about cold.was not a happy customer
Food was hot, fresh, and delivered within a timely manner. Order was correct the first try. The only complaint is this franchise didn't accept many of the corporate coupons so my order seemed a bit pricey. Other than that everything was great. The driver made sure to deliver my food with the proper delivery guidelines that covid may have imposed. I would definitely recommend!
I’m disappointed of Pizza Hut I I had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for my order the pizza was cold and the wings were very dry the delivery man did not give me any explanation why my order was late…

Provide correct type of pizza at time of (first) pickup.
Pizza is never brought to my car as requested. Ingredients just keep getting less and less. Used to be loyal customer but find myself disappointed every time. Too many other options sadly.
Food arrived on time and was still hot and tasted good! False advertisement about the black cherry Pepsi that I had a taste for but ended up with a regular cherry Pepsi. No big deal. Delivery driver forgot my soda and had to go back down and get it. Not a big deal either. Would probably order from this place again.
This was a very good pizza. The guy gave me a bottle of grated cheese because it was taking a long time. I will probably buy the cheese the next time I order a pizza.
Overall it was a good experience but it’s the second time that simple delivery requests were apparently either ignored or misread. I understand this is a difficult time for everyone but it’s more important than ever to pay attention to details. I’ll have to reconsider before I order again.
