Customer service is unmatched. My order was pretty badly messed up at the Seven Corners location, and the boy there rather rudely told me to go to this location to get it fixed. I told the manager at this location what happened and he not only made me a new pizza for free, but was very apologetic and kind. The whole staff actually was pleasant and very friendly. This will 100% be my new location to frequent!
The cute presentation pizza box made to resemble the shape of a keyboard is simply a gimmick to reduce and minimize the amount of pizza that is being served.The gourmet pizzas are not backed/prepared in 7/11 or Gas station style electrical ovens.The only thing gourmet about that mess what they dare to call pizza is prices, which starts from $11.00 for something that sizewise is hardly equivalent to a single slice and a quarter of a regular pizza pie.The entire thing most likely made out of defrosted pizza dough. I will let you guess about the taste...

The staff was wonderful! They really ensured that my order was right, and made sure my experience was good. I've been to other &Pizza locations and haven't had this level of service. Thank you Ballston!
In general, I think &pizza is a bit overpriced for less food than you really think you’re getting. I don’t typically eat very big portions, but I definitely can eat an entire &pizza pie on my own, so definitely get more than one pie if you’re sharing with others.However, they have an app and rewards program, and I get a text for a $5 pie coupon probably once per month, which is a great deal and I always take advantage of that! I don’t think their food is worth what they charge at full-price.This location specifically is kind of sub-par. It always feels a little bit dirty and disorganized inside, and some staff members are kind of rude. But they are typically pretty fast and never get our order wrong!
The pizza arrived cold. The crust was too hard to chew. I ordered mozzarella, but there was hardly any mozzarella on the pizza. There also was very little sauce and toppings.I could not really call what I received "pizza". It was something else. And although it had bits of food on it, I could not honestly call it "food". (This makes me wonder if the "&" in "&pizza" is actually meant as a negation symbol.)I tried to call and kindly explain what was wrong with the pizza, and you can't even get a hold of anyone at &pizza. I was forwarded to DoorDash. What happened to customer service?And what happened to pizza? Generally speaking, where is the pizza in the DC metropolitan area? I came from the midwest, and there's better pizza in my hometown of 60,000 people than this big city.
Everything about this store is great. This review is for corporate &pizza. They keep sending me annoying promotional text messages from phone# 20003. There's no way to stop the messages. If I try to send the message "stop" my phone tells me that message will cost money.Dont send the messages in the first place, and make it easy to unsubscribe if you must
I went into this thinking the pizza would be like slim and husky (who serve a similar style of pizza) and that was a bad idea. The pizza was kind of dry. But maybe this was an off day. Decently priced and the ingredients at least seem like they are of quality. Id give them another try to wow me but overall it's just very middle of the road.
