Nice ambiance, friendly service. Soup is clean and taste great! Veggies are fresh. There’s plenty of meats and the thit tai is soft and cooked to perfection. For a $14 pho Dac Biet, you cannot beat it. Come and try it for yourself :)

Love having a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby on Columbia Pike now. The pho is great, the service is friendly, and the restaurant is clean with nice ambiance. We used to go to a different pho restaurant at Bailey's Crossroads that closed during the pandemic, and although it was cheaper, it was not nearly so nice. This place is a welcome upgrade where I'd be happy to bring friends and family to dine. We've already been here 3 times and plan to keep coming back.

All I can say is .... wonderful pho at this restaurant. Definitely reconmend!.

A really important feature of full Saigon Pearl is free parking in the parking structure it's connected to. I was here for a family dinner visiting from Carson City, Nevada. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Everyone's food was tasty and enjoyable. I had a good cream tea. My sister had a tasty tie iced tea. If you're not familiar with this restaurant, please give them a visit.

My favorite pho in the area! I’ve been on a hunt for some that warms me up in this cold weather and tastes delicious. Hit the spot. Portion was perfect (big!). Broth was so flavorful without the additions. Spring rolls were great too. I’ll be back!(and hopefully I’ll get to meet Tiffany next time!)

We ordered carryout from here a few weeks ago and though it's not close to our home in DC, it was worth the trip. The guy who answered the phone (and ultimately gave us our order when we arrived) was nice and friendly. The restaurant wasn't busy but it was a terribly cold day and though they weren't pushy they were happy to tell us a bit about their backstory when I asked how long they had been open. The pho broth was some of the best I've had in the DMV, and it was accompanied by a hefty serving of noodles, sprouts, etc. Their crispy rolls were also some of the best we've had in the area. The Shakey Beef was tastefully seasoned, though a bit chewy for my taste and the fried rice was a bit bland. Will definitely return for the pho if we are ever in the area.

I discovered Pho Saigon Pearl when I had a doctor’s appointment last week and ordered carry out from them today. The grilled pork bun and egg rolls are very good. This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve had since moving to NoVA. Also, the staff are so nice and friendly.

My wife and I visited this place for the first time today, and we were pleasantly surprised! The food and service was excellent. If you haven't tried this place you're missing out. Ryan (the waiter) was so helpful and encouraged us to try a couple of different things. We will definitely be back!

Best pho I think I’ve ever tried… and very personal, genuine customer service!!! You can’t find this anywhere.

Today we were one of the owner’s (Tiffany) first customers of the 2022 New Year. We were honored to ring in the new year with a savory feast. Before we even ordered, Tiffany personally thanked us for stopping by and kept us company while our food was prepared. We enjoyed the personal attention and warm company. Once our dishes arrived, they were better than advertised. The menu descriptions fell short of preparing us for their wonderful tastes. Tiffany walked us through how to traditionally enjoy Vietnamese cuisine and we left on the promise to return again and with friends. If you love Vietnamese style food then Pho Saigon Pearl is the place for you. The drinks were refreshing, the appetizers filling, the vermicelli dishes to die for, and the vegetables fresh. Thank you again Tiffany! We hope to meet Sandy on our next visit!
