A wonderful local business with very nice sandwiches. Prices are very good, especially for the area. Has coffee, smoothies, snacks, and a small grocery area in the back. They also offer free delivery within the area. The woman who owns the shop is the sweetest and friendliest person ever, and will accommodate you the best she can. Support this small local business!
Highly recommend if you are staying at a hotel nearby. Crossing the street is easy enough and worth it for the affordable and delicious sandwiches. Very friendly and quick enough considering each sandwiches are made to order!

Got a chance to swing by for lunch since I was staying nearby. Great food and the owner is incredibly sweet. She took the time to make my lunch herself and we chatted for a while. Food was delicious and she made this Texan feel very welcome on his first trip to DC. If you need some coffee, tea, or a quick bite, definitely stop by!
This is my go-to place for breakfast and lunch in Arlington! Delicious, healthy breakfast with the friendliest staff, and it’s open kitchen so you can see how sterile and clean everything is!
Great place to grab a sandwich. They will modify anything to your liking. Very polite & great service. Highly recommend you stop by. I do when in town for business. We need to keep these small mom & pops open & thriving.

Need a quick bite to eat?!The menu had every possible sandwich you could think of. We got the mozzarella pesto and the one shown in photos. They were tasty, wholesome and freshly made while waiting. She also had an abundance of toiletries and stuff like feminine products, gift bags, international snacks and more. Her genuine demeanor was so very much appreciated. I definitely had a pleasant experience with this establishment and the service was great. The only thing I recommend is a clear indication of where it’s located. While using google maps it proceeded to take me past the building and then I saw a white sign on the ground behind a bush.Support this small business!!
