Estimated delivery time: 35 minutes. After an hour I called and the manager said it would arrive "momentarily". Momentarily meant after another 30 minutes apparently and it arrived lukewarm.1.5 hours for lukewarm pizza. Would not recommend.
The cheese and pizza was burned. I will never order piZza from the location again.
I love Papa John’s but this location has had extreme delays for delivery (90 mins, 2 hours) both times I have tried to order there. Had to cancel both times.
Ordered a pizza.... never got the pizza. Called 10 times... no one answered!!! Is this the service we expect from the Papa John? If I wanted this I'd go to Dominios. Such a disgrace.
I ordered a delivery wait time was 2 hrs ago and thought it will be delivered at least in that long time it has been 3.30 hrs not received yet and the status automatically changed to delivered in app. Spoke to manager and was very rude and told he has only 2 drivers and lot of orders then why did take the order or say wait time is 2 hrs… this is the worst service I have ever received
What a joke. Spent 10 minutes time to get the order just right only to be told it's 2 hrs for delivery. How about you start with this information? Hard pass
Waited over an hour nothing checked the tracker said the same thing for 40 min so I called it was only then that they sent the pizza out so if I didn’t call I don’t know when I would’ve gotten my pizza really weird practice not gonna order from here again
20 minutes later than the estimate. Pizza was overcooked. Toppings were...sparse. First time ordering from Papa John's in awhile... thanks for reminding me why.
Absolutely terrible customer service and pizza took forever to be delivered. Staff didn’t seem to care when I called them to follow up on my order and voice my displeasure with how long it was taking
