Arlington P.F. Chang's is in a good location with other dining establishments and bars within walking distance.
Ordered delivery from this location. Was delivered on time by Door Dash. Great tasting Handmade Shrimp Dumplings (6) and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Well protected by plastic containers and even a wonderful looking bag. Great food but when you add delivery charge, estimared fees (?), and tip it amounts to almost half my grocery bill. The food was wonderful, a five out of five, but even without all those add ons it would cost over 28 dollars. And, to be honest, that is still a little high. Glade I tried them out, maybe in the future will dine-in, but no more delivery.
I ordered for pick up and live within a 5 minute walk of this place. I ordered combo low mein, honey crispy shrimp with white rice, and wonton soup. The food wasn't ready when I arrived (no big deal), but I figured that would mean it would be fresh when it came out. I got home, the rice was half hard, and the meat in the low mein tasted like it was 3 days old. It was extremely hard and chewy and I ended up picking the meat out of it. The crispy honey shrimp was a soggy mess. The only reason I gave it two starts was because the wonton soup was at least still good, but the rest was a serious disappointment considering it was 65$ total. Will not be going back.
My husband and I were there to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The service was great. Our food delicious. We were seated immediately upon arrival and our table decorated for the occasion. At the end of our meal we were pleasantly surprised by fireworks brought to our table.
Save your money and time! It’s not worth it!I called to place an order for orange chicken got all the way home and the chicken tasted old the sauce was watery. Highly disappointed I will not be returning!!! I called to speak with the manager waited an hour for them to just get back on the phone and ask me for my number and said the manger will give me a call back because he had to leave because he had an emergency. So you mean to tell me it's nobody else working who can get on the phone and speak with customers since the manager is unavailable.
This was the worst service I ever experienced at this restaurant. I waited more than 10 minutes to be greeted in fact I had to get up to get a waitress attention. At some point I debated about leaving and going to another restaurant. I waited over a hour for my food and drink. I was never offered a glass of water along with my glass of wine. My table wasn’t offered refills though out dining. The waitress “what” my son who is 12 years when he simply asked how to use chopsticks. I have been here several times but never received this type of service. With any service I shouldn’t have to pay my hard earned money and beg for decent service too!
I had to wait unreasonably to get checked in even though the restaurant was almost empty. Then, I was escorted to a dirty table and waited again to have it cleaned. Additionally, the floors were dirty. Upon waiting and being seated, no one came to take my order and I had to shout to have a waiter come. This is the last time I visit this miserable location.
It took a while for the drinks to come. Our server was very attentive snd pleasant.
I had an amazing birthday party/ celebration with friends and Taelor was our waitress. Not only was she sweet and attentive, she constantly asked us if we were okay and if we wanted refills. She was funny and I loved our small talk. I recommend her if you’re planning on eating here. The food was also scrumptious. The Salt and Pepper Prawns/ Mongolian Beef is to die for. Everyone enjoyed there meals and Taelor made us feel so welcomed. I wish I asked the tall manager for his name, but he was also very helpful.
Had a reservation and we were seated right away upon arrival. We had a very friendly waiter whom came right over to bring water and take our drink orders. For appetizer we had the BBQ ribs and they were sensational, probably could have made a meal of them along. For entrée I had the Peking duck. The duck was very tender and had a good flavor, it came with Flatbread and a really goos sweet/sour type of sprout salad. Really high marks for that duck. My wife had the Chilean Seabass and it was one of the few times she ate everything on her plate. We really enjoyed our visit and meal, definitely worth a second trip
