I had been waiting in line to be helped for a least seven, eight minutes, when a lady walks into the store and goes to a floor associate and gets to cut ahead of me to be assisted first. Not sure how they do things at this store but that struck me as incredibly rude, and I know the associate had seen me standing in line first.Good selection of pods, clean store, but seriously rubbed me the wrong way that there is some unwritten hierarchy of service that I was at the bottom of. I’ll stick with ordering online from now on.

I visited the store earlier today to buy two sleeves of coffee and of course, left with a more than that. The espresso that I sampled as well as the customer service that I receive underscores why I love this location. I have bought several machines for my family and friends and continue to be thankful for the little things in life. Thanks Michael, Steven, and the two wonderful ladies that were working today (I didn’t get your names) for a wonderful experience.

I cannot believe their doors are open! Doing business in Russia while that country is murdering civilians is intolerable. Why does anyone work there, and I am certainly buying no more blood-tainted nespresso products.

Friendly and helpful staff!

I have used this store on several occasions. The staff has been polite, professional and quite helpful making coffee selections. The manager, Heather, has been extremely helpful and her customer service is excellent; very much appreciated!! Nespresso is our go to coffee now!

The Manager working 7/5 was not willing to sell me 2 sleeves as I got there at 7pm. I traveled as fast as I could to make it before 7pm. She had no personal interest or care about my situation. I was just another customer that came too late. The worst part was that there was another customer wondering around inside the store trying to decide what to get. I didn’t get it. It’s not like there was a lineup behind me. It would have taken an extra minute to make my night and I would have been much quicker than the customer already inside trying to decide what to purchase. I work in retail so I know how much of an impact going the extra does for someone. Disappointing.

Very friendly service and COVID-safe. As a new Nespresso member, they had a great deal of buy 10 and get 3 sleeves for free!☕️☕️☕️
