The greeter had some serious passive aggressive attitude as I walked in. Was very annoyed that I wanted to order inside vs using the app and it got worse as our visit progressed.This has happened on several previous visits with the same individual as well.The food was good though.

Last time I had ordered humus with pita and veggies and I loved it, this time when I ordered the same thing, they gave me just the veggies. If I ask them they said that’s how they give. It was an incomplete plate. I regularly visit this place, I dint like the dishonesty

Process to place order was very efficient. Staff was friendly. Food is amazing. Ordered the 1/2 chicken lemon & herb which was seasoned so perfectly. I initially took sauces to add but did not end up needing them as the chicken was also very juicy. The portion of the sides were on the smaller side in comparison to the amount of chicken. Nice place for a lunch meal.

I walked in and asked for a quarter chicken, dark. They wouldn't take the order. First, you must attempt for 10 minutes to find the item you want to order in their online menu. Then after you've placed it in your cart, you must give up your email and phone number, or sign up for their perks program. I wouldn't give my email, so I asked what are the perks, and the receptionist had no idea. I wasted 15 minutes of my time, and never placed my order. Very frustrating for customers.
Pretty quick service and nice one. Nando’s is one of on my top list when it comes to spicy food. Love their extra hot sauce, which is for me it wasn’t that spicy ??♀️Their chicken just remind me of my local grill chicken back then in my home country.
Beyond the great food every time (that's why chains are great) they also offer fast casual healthy food. Nandos itself always seem to have happy staff, that's key to the experience, a happy staff is a great staff to the public. This is bo different. Some highlights are obviously the grilled chicken but also the sandwiches are good, the sides are also a great place while it's tempting and so good the peri chips are almost outshined by the healthier sides including turmeric cauliflower, and Portuguese rice. This with a skewer if grilled thighs is a filling great lunch/dinner. Don't miss the Portuguese wine selection they have. This place is great for solo dining all the way up to a group (no worries if splitting the check since everyone orders themselves). I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch or lingering with friends with food and a carafe of sangria.
