I have never had a worse experience with mcdonalds than I did last night, 5/26, at around 3AM. The woman at the window forgot my drink, and when I reminded her, she angrily snapped at me. The french fries were all dried out and leathery, the chicken nuggets were soggy and tasted unusual, and it was pretty obvious to me that the food had been sitting around for a very long time. It was inedible. Further, the sweet and sour packet I ordered had been punctured and leaked all over the bag. Quality at Mcdonalds is usually great--you know what you're going to get every time. I have never once had to throw out the food from a Mcdonalds, until last night. If you're going to be open 24 hours, you can't just leave the food out for multiple shifts. And I did not appreciate the unprofessional behavior from the woman at the window. I will be going out of my way to avoid this location from now on.
Needs help. Standard fare, exactly what one would expect regarding the food, but the restaurant inside was a mess. No napkins, no med lids, soap dispenser in men's restroom empty and pulled open, floors trashed throughout, tables dirty, soda fountain area covered with soda spills. Seemed that none of these areas had received cleaning attention at all since doors opened
Well this is a shocking McDonald's! Staff were rude and seemed clueless when asked basic questions, tills were broken, drive through was broken. Customers were told just to leave their cars anywhere and walk inside. Couldn't even follow basic order instructions like no egg. Avoid!
The place was not clean. It was a quick bite to eat, but one of the ice machines didnt work. The floor haven't been mopped, and there was nuts and bolts sitting out as if something needed to be repaired. To top it off was that it took a second to get service....in a McDonalds. Not a great experience personally.
This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. NONE of the staff are friendly. NONE of them seem to care. If you go at night thst is by far the worst time to go, as the staff make you wait a handful of minutes before taking your order. Last night there were4 of us waiting in line for 3 minutes before somebody came to take our order. There was a homeless man passed out lying on the chairs with an open bottle of liquor. There was trash on the floor and an employee walked right by it and didn't pick it up. I don't think I've ever gone to this mcdonalds and gotten BARE MINIMUM service. I know it's just mcdonalds, but jeez.
Unfortunately this McDonald’s appears to have some serious training issues. I had to stop coming here, although it is close to my house. There is always a long, slow line in the drive through and I don’t believe I’ve ever had a decent experience inside the store. The staff seems genuinely confused as to what’s on the menu or how to process customer transactions.
It was not 24 hours at the moment, someone was there but will let you know it isn't open so vroom vroomEdit: I believe it was a one off as there were no workers, they are back to 24 hours
Standard McDonald's. Some nutjob in line in front of me tried to start a fight with another guy because he wasn't wearing a mask. That was not McDonald's fault, just unsettling.
I have ordered from here many times and each time I’m either missing items or my food is incorrect. This time I specifically asked for no onions due to me being allergic and they put extra onions I double checked my receipt to make sure I didn’t make a mistake and my receipt specifically says No Onions.
Not so great service lately. That said, the food is still pretty good when they get it right.
