Update 06/07/2022I'm still running after my money.Headquarters did go back to me. But instead of just settling the dispute, they told me they sent another inquiry to the store.I guess my lawyer will have to take care of this from here on. Unbelievable!Luckily my legal insurance will take care of the extra cost.Update:As of today 5/3/2022, I have not received my money back.I talked with customer service and send another message to the store.Customer service tells me, they are waiting for a reply in this matter. So far they have nothing.The store has neither apologized or tried to get in contact with me about paying me back my money. If I go to my bank they will charge me fees to reverse the charge.I never received order 1938 placed on 04.26.2022 at 10:40pm via mobile app at this location for curbside 2. After 15min waiting i went Inside. The manager James E. told me it's not in his system and they are having problems with this system. I should talk to my bank to get the money back. I showed him the confirmation. Not once did he check it on my phone and not once did he let me finish my sentence or offered me to get the items packed. I was forced to place the same order in the drive thru (order 2063). This night manager clearly needs more training and an attitude adjustment.He stole my money, because both purchases were debited from my card
So I normally wouldn’t give a bad review to a fast food place even after a bad experience… you get what you pay for. But we’ve had quite a few wrong orders at this location and this one takes the mustard. We somehow ended up with someone else’s sandwiches; not only not what we had ordered, but where we had just ordered everything how it comes, these were customized. We were already home by the time we realized the two boxes did not contain our two sandwiches (admittedly we should have checked at the restaurant) so we just ate what we had. I drew the spicy chicken, and to add insult to injury… lets just say it’s several hours later and my stomach is not “lovin’ it.” Hopefully this is just bad luck and not trying to pass off expired no-show meals.Check your orders here folks.
Past teenager Mcdonald's worker from 96' to 98' so i say disgusting place to even to order food inside to sit down. If your known to order your food thru an Delivery App trust me it's coming as fast as a Snail. Many dining room Health Code Violations. Employees / Employers English Grammer communications are very difficult here. Been here many times to order inside at front counter and employees couldn't work out ordering register. Plus i stood about 15 minutes watching customers being ignored or their request being ignored. This Mcdonald's App scanners are all broken or malfunction they don't work properly. Outside Inside n Delivery App orders seems to delay lot's of times. Enter This Mcdonald's At Your Own Risk!!!?
This is one of the best McDonald’s restaurante in the area.Too bad that McDonald’s is no longer serving salads, i will have to look for healthier fast food from now on.But you guys (Cristal City McDonald’s) are the best.
This location always serves old food. Its so nasty the fries are never fresh the nuggets are so dried out. This is my 3rd time trying it being that I work down the street and love McDonalds. Its truly a disappointment.
Good efficient Service but in the mornings they block the entry to the restrooms and pretend that they’re cleaning. If I’m a daily coffee customer, I shouldn’t have to drive to the airport to use the restroom
Ordered through the app maybe 25yards from McD’s, walk in wait 10 secs and my order is ready… I was very impressed, this order was placed during the breakfast rush…So thank you and I appreciate the urgency McDonald’s!
they were super nice and fries on point even when they were about to close like 25 minutes after i ordered them. nobody's last minute fries are ever that bomb. all praise here. no notes.
Nothing special here. Tables were dirty, staff not really talkative which was sad. My son and I were nice and said hi, but they all were very unhappy. Food was just ok. Fries we're not crispy at all.
Convenient location, open 24 hours and the wait is not too bad. They have mobile ordering and pick up via drive thru or walk in. Employees are nice and polite.
