This McD has gotten noticeably worse. People visiting in 2022 may be surprised to learn that in 2017 or so when it very first opened and up to 2019 or so, it was very good for an "urban area" sort of McDonalds. Other reviewers are right rhat it now qualifies as a below-average McDonalds trending towards terrible.A big problem is they don't do anything to keep homeless away. recently insaw one man asleep sprawled out across several seats, blocking about three tables. I think a few customers complained but staff did nothing. Most customers at this place now just ignore it, what's been cslled the tyranny of low expectations, no one expects basic standards so it keeps slipping.I think a lot of customers are now intimidated by this place even during daylight hours, despite it being prime real estate.What went wrong with this place? Let it be a lesson learned.
I just (maybe thirty minutes ago) went to McDonald’s and it was a great experience. It was my first time placing a mobile order with a coupon and I didn’t know I had to verify the order at the front. Due to my ignorance I stood there for about five minutes, which triggered the manager to ask about my order. When he realized the issue he rushed my order and it was BETTER than perfect! I got an ice cream cone due to the delay too. Everyone was diligently working! Great way to end the night.
the service is deficient, the cashier today at 2 o'clock Am ignored me when I wanted to pay the order that I made via the kiosk, I am a regular customer and for my part I will never return to this restaurant!!! I also work in the kitchen at a Lebanese restaurant and the truth is that this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, it's a very poor service, we pay for our food people!!!
The few times I’ve been to this location, the staff has been RUDE AF!! Today, I didn’t hear when they called my number. A young lady on staff came up and asked if I had gotten my food. I said I hadn’t, w/ receipt in hand, she took one look at it, rolled her eyes HARD and said in a nasty tone “Ugh, I’ve been calling your number!” She threw my burger onto the table, sucked her teeth and walked off. The location may be clean, but the staff is trash! If I could give it NEGATIVE STARS, I would!
I will never everrrr order here again it's only convenient because I live 3 minutes away and work across the street. They don't wear gloves for the fries at all and each time I ask them to put gloves on they curse me out in Spanish while talking to each other. Kinda ironic because I'm a black woman. That's fine. But today was the last straw the Spanish women here are disrespectful with attitude problems and If I didn't work in the area I would have said alot more than nothing. Seriously fix your staff. Or bring new people in, to not wear gloves and have your hands touching fries and hash browns is nasty especially when you touch everything in sight during covid
So I frequent this McDonald’s because it’s right next to the metro . Today will be the last time I spend my money there. They have a homeless problem so I understand that need to get the homeless removed from time to time . This morning as I made my way to the metro I stopped in to get breakfast . As I warmed my hands from the bitter cold of the morning and figured out what I wanted to eat , they had commenced having the police remove the homeless. I had ordered my breakfast before the police arrived and before I could even get my breakfast I was told I had to leave. Now I was the 15min and by policy I had 30 to eat my food . I wasn’t even trying to claim I still had 30 min because I had just gotten my food but the manager claimed I was at 330 when she got there . I decided that I’d I was in able to eat my food in the dining room then I wanted my money to which she gave me , only to try and stiff me a dollar. The disrespect this manger showed me this morning warranted a reprimand. I really hope she gets whatever coffee she needs to get herself together this morning so as to not ruin anybody else’s morning. I would not recommend stopping for breakfast before 5am if you don’t wanna be treated like a vagrant. To the manger …. Did your mother not raise right , like you mange a McDonald’s… get over yourself .
one of the people who answered the phone was probably a knock off version of james charlesand was so rude to me and would let me order.
Food came out fresh, friendly staff (shout out to Luis) helped me get my order right, great service, and very nice location.
It has been an awesome experience. I have a sprained wrist and they have helped me sooo much and treated me so well since the very first moment. Thank you?
