Went here for a short wait prior to a flight. Was craving some ramen and was ecstatic to see it at the airport. They had plenty of seating and great quick service. The ramen wasn’t special but it was satisfying. We also tried their dumplings, the steamed ones are great.
The service is negligent, making for a negative experience. It seems like the establishment might need an additional waiter to make it possible for the staff to attend to everyone (it wasn’t that busy). Overpriced sushi, unfortunately, is mediocre.
Decent ramen place at gate C23-24 after security
Sushi was not fresh; I finally spit out one piece and left another on my plate. California roll nori was chewy. Service was slow and inattentive.
Sushi is good but check your bill: they overcharge. We ordered a 2 piece, were charged for a whole roll, ordered house wine, were charged for premium.
(Due to construction I assume) none of the restaurants are before security at this point. Looks nice though!
I ordered hot sake, wasn't asked small or large, and was served a large - way too much for a single person. I asked if there was a small size and told no. The menu clearly says there is a small. I am baffled why they couldn't serve a half size in the same carafe as a large, and that it was assumed I'd just pay it anyway. Poor treatment of a regular customer. I'll not go here again. Totally dishonest. What does their outward behavior say about their hidden food prep. Sad.
Delicious food, great friendly service and true value for the money.
Not what I expected to find at an airport. Very good sushi and sake! Table service is fast, which is understandable since it's in an airport. Excellent service. A bit expensive. The restaurant options along the concourse are almost like what you'd see in a city with menus on stands at the entrances.
Sushi is one of the harder foods to get a consensus on. This was super fast service (considering the number of people behind the counter) and average quality. For me the rice texture was a bit too soft and under seasoned, but that could be an off day I suppose. The prices were not excessive compared to non-airport sushi restaurants. I will note that the version of salmon skin roll was not the crispy skin version. The fire crunch roll was okay but the crab slivers on top not spicy. I did notice an interesting list of sake choices which might make it worth stopping by again.
