The service was absolutely DREADFUL. We were treated to an auto-gratuity without asking or notification, waited over 10 minutes for water, alcohol was served before water, the server was mad that we split the check, we had 6 people. The food was good but not great and we will NOT eat there again EVER.

The food was less than mediocre for $70. Service was ok. The rice was microwaved frozen rice from a bag, handmade tortillas were undercooked, margaritas had no flavor or any kick. The food was cooked somewhat well, I’m sure the chefs would appreciate higher quality ingredients to work with.
Wow!! The food was amazing and their signature green hot sauce? Oh yeah I had to buy a bottle to bring home. Trust me peeps, you won't go wrong with anything from Lis Tios!!
Great Sunday lunch. They add a brunch menu for Sunday and it is fantastic. Chips were hot and the beer was cold. I had three, three cheese enchiladas with fried potatoes and fried eggs. Delicious!!!
Great Service. Lovely atmosphere. The mango margaritas on the rocks are excellent. Try the fried bananas and ice cream. Oh, so delicious! The Tacos are wonderful and they have a large selection of items on the menu. 2nd time here. I will be back!
The service was great and so was the food! Before we even sat down there were tortillas with salsa and water on the table. Margaritas were perfect and even though we were the only ones in the patio after we ate they even made sure to turn up the music outside for us, we will definitely come back again.
Happy hour at the bar is a great time! ? The mango margarita is AMAZING ?. The chorizo queso was very good, I haven't been a huge fan of chorizo but this queso is delicious. Beef taquitos ? are very good too, nice and crispy. Definitely worth a visit. Hubbs got a blackberry margarita and it was really good too. Oh and the guacamole ? is DELICIOUS, seriously even if that is all you go for, it's totally worth it!
Okay food. Presented well.Service was horrible.I do appreciate the thought of offering us water but all it did was crowd the table and present four more spill hazards. We didn't ask for water.Never came back to check on us after food was brought out. Couldn't get refills on anything, couldn't even get the check. Had to goto front hostess for them to figure out we were ready to leave.Had to goto 711 to get a coke. The two ounces of coke with 14 oz of ice didn't quite quench my thirst.If you wonder why the tip was horrible, here is your answer.
Wonderful dinner! We took a chance arriving without reservation because it was close to our hotel. Greeted and immediately seated with nice staff. Our waiter, Jeronimo, was exceptional offering great suggestions on the menu. House Margarita was great. Complimentary Chips and salsa were perfect (I love thin crispy chips) and we added the chili con queso (would’ve preferred plain white cheese dip but this was ok). Got cheese quesadilla which came with pico, sour cream, and guacamole. Hubs got Pollo Mexicano and it was generous, tasty, and fresh. The thing I really need to compliment was how attentive the staff was - even the manager, Wilbur, was actively overseeing and assisting the staff. It was refreshing to have our needs / wants anticipated without being obtrusive. Would definitely return!!
