Every single bit as good as the Legal Sea foods in Boston, where the chain originated. You will want to order the petite lobster roll (prepared in butter, not mayonnaise), and a cup of clam chowder combo. Add a glass of pinot grigio. Superb! (This meal was made even more special by the superb waitperson skills of Lena. I experienced a fine dining experience in the middle of a busy airport. Who would have thought? )
Good food, great service and lively music. When we fly out of DCA, this is our go-to. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you want a hot dog with chili on it, go next door for half the price. To each their own.
You want to sit at the bar or either the tables at the back of the bar, a much better view of the airport. They have beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows.This location keeps the high standards of the chain from Boston!Kayla was a professional waiter. The clam chowder is cooked to perfection, and Key Lime pie has the right amount of lime. Overall wonderful experience!
Our excellent waitress was very prompt, friendly and professional. The lump crabcake appetizer was delicous crab with no bread filling, and they kindly served it on split plates for us. The lobster roll was full of tasty lobster meat, and the clam chowder had a light & delightful broth with clams & potatoes. The fried whole-belly clams were delightful with a light, sweet taste. A glass of Allagash White draft beer perfectly rounded out the meal.
A great and consistent location for Legal Sea Foods. The good news is that you no longer have to exit the TSA security area to get to LSF at Reagan!
Delicious creamy & chunky hot clam chowder, fast and friendly service, clean environment and all servers including bartenders had on face masks.
The burger was done how I requested it. I didn't want the fries so I substitute grill Asparagus which was absolutely perfect not to heavy on the seasoning. The wait staff was nice and keep my drink full but didn't dother me to much. It your ever in the Washington Airport I recommend giving them a try.
Service was exceptional and the food was great. It is a little higher priced, but worth it. One of the best places to eat at the Reagan National.
When I see a Legal Seafood and it’s time for lunch or dinner, I always stop in and this location in the airport was timely for me today. The crab roll is awesome and the fries and slaw were great too. The beer was cold and Janae provide fast and friendly service. I’ll be back again next time I’m in this airport.
Stopped by for dinner on my way out of the airport. I am so impressed with this restaurant! Absolutely fantastic menu with great fresh selections. Ate fresh raw oysters, fried clams and a Greek salad. Really yummy! Superb service!! They took care of me making sure that my meal was free from gluten and soy, as requested. I am always apprehensive eating at the airport, but this restaurant was worth it! I will be back!
