That was last year: One of the best restaurants in DC! I love the food, prices, easy location & parking! I recommend this restaurant for mediterranean food lovers! The restaurant is Syrian owned and staffed. Be careful to say hi in other languages but Arabic! "spelled Marhaba."This year rate after ordering from UBER Eats:It took 90 minutes for the food to arrive at American University. And I called the to confirm that food comes with Yogurt and Tahina and neither came with the plate. Since it took 90 minutes to arrive, food was literary cold. I highly recommend to eat inside the restaurant not outside it. Thanks.

So delicious.. Everything is perfect and tasty. Must to try a lamb shank.

Very spacious indoor seating and such a nice atmosphere. Really nice decor inside too. The food is Syrian and Lebanese, and they have a wide variety of items on the menu. I really enjoyed the okra appetizer and the fried kibba appetizer. For a late lunch I shared a layalina chicken which was scrumptious. Very flavorful. Dont forget to ask for hot sauce on the side cause it is good with anything that is fried. Also the mint lemonade juice was so delicious and refreshing, and nice in this weather. This is a nice place to come if you are having a party and need the space or dining with family.

The Syrian chicken shawarma Ozie is unlike anything I’ve ever encountered, but wow was it delicious!

They serve Syrian cuisine. The food is out of this world and very reasonably priced. Delicious, fresh and unique. The manager is a very nice guy and it seems like a family owned place. Highly recommend it!

Ordered for priority delivery (arrived quickly w/in 20 mins)-unfortunately, all dishes were cold & over-cooked. Overpriced for the quantity and quality. In terms of flavor and consistency, this is not Lebanese food….I’m baffled at the high ratings.

2 stars because meat was little cold felt like to me they just microwaved also breads were cold, rise was smushy she said because they made it fresh. than way cooking rise wrong because you need to give some air after cooking otherwise can be smushy. They also stopping music if they have phone call lol

Came here late night to get some dessert and tea. Service was OK, they were out of a lot of things. Our kitchenware was rather dirty but it was swapped out. The interior didn't really look anything like the photos they have. We ordered Kanafeh, which was warm but somewhat stale. It almost seemed microwaved. I wouldn't come back.

WOW! AMAZING food, drinks, hookah, and service! tastes just like home It’s family owned and operated by the nicest most welcoming people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good Mediterranean meal ⭐️ We went there yesterday and today and will be going there for lunch again tomorrow before we end our trip?

By far one of the most amazing Arabic feasts I've ever bestowed, we ordered appetizers untill the table was full and ate our hearts out, we somehow saved room for dinner and my gosh.. The lamb kabsa was next level.. This place is bussin! I should mention it's owner operated, the husband will greet And seat and his lovely sweet wife is the chef! 5 star experience, highly recommended!!
