We celebrated our wedding anniversary here (for the 23rd time) and LCD did not disappoint. We loved our table out on the enclosed porch, and our bottle of Sancerre was delicious. My husband had rack of lamb and I had the trout. Both were outstanding. The wait staff is top notch â friendly and professional and on top of everything. We were even given two glasses of champagne at the end of the evening. The new chef has made the menu his own and done an amazing job. Five stars from us!!!

I've been going to this restaurant for many, many years and it never disappoints for casual French food.
We live across the street at Falls Station. We have traveled widely and eaten at many fine French restaurants including Auberge de l'Ill. Our Bastille dinner last night was unsurpassed. The cake and quenelle made the lobster bisque super special. The Vol au vent was sumptuous, the tenderloin perfectly medium rare and the bearnaise micely herbed with a little heat, I think. The accordionist was just right for the occasion. They are doing an outstanding job. We am grateful for their presence in our community and we wish them continuing success.
We enjoyed a lovely "Bastille Day" meal at La Cote D'Or. The fixed price meal option was creatively prepared and generously provided. Service was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the accordion player. A great way to celebrate this French holiday.
Food was excellent for both of us. Is a real treat to eat there.
