The girl who took my order was nice and patient, BUT the order was completely butchered. The soda lid was not on properly and spilled all over my lap.My Gf asked for no gravy on hermashed potatoes and clarified 3 times. Gravy was on the potatoes. My Nashville Hot Tenders barely had any sauce and tasted bland.Many items we wanted were “out” -- just don't come here. Not worth the headache.Update: ordered a large Mac n cheese and was given small. Nothing about this order was right.
Been in many countries around the world and tried their KFC’s. KFC in US SUCKS!! Especially this branch in Arlington. Their soda was probably mixture of unfiltered tap water with syrup. Chicken sandwich wasn’t spicy as described, very dry. Mashed potatoes taste awful, mac and cheese as well. Only “ok” thing was the gravy. Bottom line, I DO NOT recommend KFC especially from this branch. Total disaster!!!

They charged for honey mustard and bbq sauces. I bought a big order and also they didn't want to give us more honey mustard and BBQ sauces I needed to pay extra for them. Also I had to come back to request my beverages because they didn't put it in my order also they kept my card till I realized they didn't give it back to me.
Quick in and out. Food was great and service as well.
Only the drive thru is open. I had ordered ahead on the app which told me to go inside to pick up the other which was not possible
Just ordered chicken little sandwiches from here and the bread was literally rock hard. This establishment, serves their customers stale bread

These people just tried to charge me almost $30 for a 12 piece chicken tender. I have been paying about 15 for years. I get there is some inflation, but this is criminal. I went through the drive through twice to confirm since you can't go inside. WTF! Manager agreed. No thanks! You can't double your prices over night and expect business. I hope you move on and get a nice Thai place in that location instead! Owners listen, I'm not coming back and will make a big deal about this. My kids love KFC, but they will deal! Seriously, no F___ common sense. It can't double... 10%, 20%, maybe even a bit more, but more that double WTF!!! Just speaking as an economist in N Arlington! Good luck with that! BTW I checked fine dinning. Since I can get Fogo de Chao for less per pound. Just saying...
