The host was super accommodating. It was crowded when we got there but he took a chair from one place and set up a table for two for us. Easy, contactless ordering with a QR code on a sign at each table. Smart system alerts the servers of where you are located. I placed my order and closed my check. We didn’t realize that by doing that it wouldn’t allow the person I was with to order. The server was super helpful when informed, took the order the old fashioned way and then fixed the problem online also so that the person could order more if they chose to/ pay. The system also lets you email yourself the receipt which is super helpful during a work trip. The food was DELICIOUS!! The fries had some herb seasoning. I personally loved it but it doesn’t say it on the menu.
9:30 in the morning and their QR code menu let’s me order lamb gyros! But wait - server says no, just breakfast. I hadn’t completed the order but it wouldn’t let me change it. So I stuck with just the ginger ale. Which was flat. She comped it. Nice of her. I can’t tell you if the food was good. However the ordering system sucked.And who doesn’t want gyros all the time?
Food was okay and overpriced … but the QR system for ordering and paying is terrible.. I paid with Apple Cash and it cleared in my Apple wallet. The waitress told me I did not pay for it and insisted that I pay again. I showed her the transactions and that my money had cleared to her restaurant that I was now out 30.00 …she told me to call Apple because I didn’t pay. Apple says the money left and it is clearly on the vendor and their system. I now have to dispute the charge to get my money back. The food below average customer service and terrible digital menu and cashier service makes this a must avoid!
This is the best breakfast in Reagan Airport. The Spartan Breakfast. The Bloody Mary is excellent as well. It’s relaxing here and the service is courteous andQuick
Let's start with the lack of customer service. Nobody was at the front to seat customers. Finally a server, standing 3 tables away, pointed to an empty table and said "Just sit there."Luckily I paid attention to the little sign that was on the table because none of the employees cared to mention that I had to submit my order via the website.After submitting the order, the food was brought out and that was the last I heard from an employee until one of them saw me paying on the website and said "oh good. Have a nice flight."Ridiculously priced, mediocre food.Ordered the lamb gyro and hummus. The hummus was decent, but the lamb was dry and pretty bland.
Expensive prices even for an airport and abysmal service. I rarely ever leave reviews but was so annoyed after waiting at the bar 20 minutes for a beer (after which I gave up) I felt compelled. Extra context, I was acknowledged multiple times while sat there and staff spent plenty of time chatting.
nice little restaurant at reagan airport. clean and well kept. the staff is attentive and move quickly to get people in and out. beer is cold and selection is pretty good. A little pricy.
Grossly inaccurate menu - if you’re going to put dairy on a plate you’d better put it on the menu. Overpriced low quality food. The smart phone ordering didn’t work. Staff was overwhelmed and curt.
Good drinks ! Had 4 while waiting for my plane to start loading. Reasonably priced ! Especially considering it's in the airport. $60. 4 drinks and tip! Not bad !!!
Terrible food, terrible service. $17 piece of toast with cold cheese slice.
