Ordered 2 subs and a drink for delivery at 11:08am. Was noted it was out for delivery at 11:58am. We live 5 minutes from the store, after 45 minutes past from the time it was out for delivery, we called the store and they claimed the driver was out with a lot of orders and said he would be there soon and that we would receive a credit. We did not receive any sort of credit and the order arrived nearly 2 hours after orderingEDIT/ADDITION: submitted feedback to the business as was replied here and nothing happened
I got the spicy east coast Italian. This was really good. The staff was also nice here and prompt with making the sandwich.
They will take your order and charge your card but won’t deliver. It is true what other reviewers have mentioned about them taking an unreasonable amount of time to deliver, even when they’re just two blocks away. I waited over an hour the last time I ordered, only to find that my order was not delivered. They apologized and told me they were going to make a new order and deliver it. An hour later, still no sandwich. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Never again!

I’m only writing this review because today was my first time ever receiving horrible service at this Jimmy John’s first off let’s just say the ladies bathroom is always disgusting and the toilet is not operational. Secondly I’m not sure if the staff had an attitude or what the problem was today but I got the worst sandwich that you could ever make for someone it was sloppy not put together well; will be contacting headquarters about this location.
I live under 2 miles from this location and they consistently take over an hour to deliver to me. Why does it take this long? What happened to freaky fast??
I thought delivery was supposed to be fast?? Over an hour for one sub. Order somewhere else.
It took over an hour to deliver one sub 1.5 miles away… do better.
My car was towed in the parking lot of this restaurant within 15 minutes of parking there. The tow truck driver offered me a bribe to drop my car. Do not drive to this location.
This is a nice Jimmy John’s location. I’ve had many sandwiches, chips, and cookies over the years. Everything has always been great!
