Bread is constantly hard and stale. Please fix! Other than that, store is really quick with online orders.

Apparently this location has an issue with deliveries. I was told the driver took multiple and mine was last. It never came. When I called they told me it was delivered and clearly it wasn’t. So guess who had to go hungry for my lunch: me. Thanks so much Jimmy John’s....
Normally this location is fast with their delivery however on a Thursday at 4:30 pm it took them 45 min for the delivery. Nice and friendly people but disappointed I had to wait so long.
I like this location the most, great service here.
I was disappointed in this Jimmy Johns location. The one near Ballston is better. At the one near Clarendon, I had a late lunch around 3pm and the bread was hard and stale. I would have complained, but I was starved at that point.
