I wish there was zero review. The lady at night shift is so rude and disrespectful that made cancel my order at the end.She intentionally made me wait for more than 1 hour. The food was ready but she intentionally not calling me.Definitely, I will never come back here. and not recommended to anyone coming at night time.

Appetizer Dish food knowingly just tossed in a large bowl. Lemonade Ice Tea is more thick lemon liquid than ever with little bit of tea. Taste more like drinking a lemon drink than both. Very too small cup of ranch dressing on side for a large one order. Very very disappointed?

Good food. Friendly staff. Went on a Sunday around 10 and it wasn’t really that packed. Food didn’t take too long and tasted good. Wanted more coffee refills but the waiter only came by one time for the refill and really didn’t come by to ask if we needed anything else. They didn’t seem understaffed so I don’t know what the reason was.

Hard to locate because it was on the corner and didn’t look like a regular ihop. Food was amazing staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Would definitely go back again.

Always have had good experiences here. The food is served quickly & prepared extremely well. The restaurant can get full even late at nights but the service always remains excellent. I recommend this IHOP for an early breakfast to a late dinner.

Food was good, server was friendly, coffee was decent. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette, which was tasty, but the menu said it had hollandaise sauce, and I couldn't see or taste any. Also the floors in the bathroom were wet and very slippery, and I didn't see any wet floor sign.

IHOP Ballston: Clean and food is fine but service is very average at best. The waitress didn’t provide a carafe of coffee so she had to refill often and she just didn’t seem to give a rip coffee was gone. Most IHOP’s leave the carafe of coffee on the table, not here. Ordered ice tea, twice order was wrong… for ice tea!! The ice tea was old/stale. Pancakes were great. Eggs fine. Nothing here to rave about. Zero customer service. Good location across from Hilton and Ballston metro.

It says open daily 24/7 but it's closed.

This place is an institution...and I do appreciate it's menu and the food, I do. However, when it's busy, and it often is....it's not worth the time, cost and effort it takes to get basic service.Coffee re-fills, additional condiments/food and the bill taken care of can take upwards of 45 minutes for the most trivial of needs. The floor plan is so small that the food service area is actually in the dining area! Don't believe it? Go there and check it out.*And just for the record, someone needs to tell management to stagger the order. All of the food needn't come out all at once but in measured increments to keep a paced and not rushed eating experience.
