Really really bad customer service. The girl at the ticket counter was rude she didn't want to let me make any change to my order even before they start making it.I even offered to pay separately for an add on since I don't eat pork but was met with a NO.Finally when I got my Obama burger is was too fatty and wet.I returned the food and let them keep the $17 I was charged.
My wife and I heard about the shakes here so we decided to visit and so glad we did. They have a variety of special flavored milk shakes that are tasty and well made. I ordered the toasted marshmallow shake and didn’t regret it! We only ordered milk shakes so we’ll have to go back to try the food later.
I am a huge fan of Good Stuff Eatery and have been to most of their locations in the DC area, but I had not been to this airport location until recently. I had high expectations because the other locations are SO excellent. My experience here was terrible.First of all, I'm doubtful that this Good Stuff location is at all connected with the others based on how bad the service and food quality was. If you have had Good Stuff before, don't expect anything remotely close to what you've had at other locations. To start, the service was horrendous. We were the only people in line and there was only one other customer waiting for their food, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. We requested a few extra things (like adding pickles to a burger and asking for a condiment on the side) and they did not fulfill ANY of our special requests. When I asked for these things to be corrected, I was treated rudely and eventually just ignored. I never ended up getting one of the condiments I requested and we ran out of time and had to leave. It just seemed like everyone working there had a bad attitude and couldn't handle a single special request from a customer.Next, the food quality was terrible. Again, I had high expectations because I've been to other Good Stuff locations. This food did not even remotely resemble the typical quality. My burger was WAY overdone - super dry and crumbled as a result. Fries were cold by the time our full order was filled. Finally, they were out of a lot of things that the other chains always have (like their speciality mayos) which was a disappointment. In general, would definitely not recommend going here, especially if you are a fan of Good Stuff Eatery. You'll be incredible disappointed.Last thing - it says "temporarily closed" but it was open as of 1/26, so they are not really keeping track of their Google listing either.
The staff here are severely overwhelmed. They are working hard but there are major lines to pick up the food. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes for a burger and fries. The cook has to constantly ask people waiting what they ordered and the lady giving out food tells customers they already have out that ticket number. The food overall is good.
Good fries, but everything else falls short of the other locations.
Excellent vegetarian options as their fried green tomato burger! Temporarily available right by gate 19.
The typical burger and fries meal is topped off with a delicious shake. Plus a big screen to watch sporting events. win win. The Black and White shake is the best (vanilla ice cream with hot fudge).
I stopped by around 7pm for dinner and was greatly dissapointed the burger and fries. The shake was great! The egg whites were runny and the bacon was chewy on my Spike burger. The fries were room temp and 25% burnt nibblets. Maybe it's better during a busy lunch hour, but there is no way this place would stay in business if this is the standard.
This is one of the best burger places I have eaten at. Went here with some relatives and we all thoroughly enjoyed the burgers, shakes and fries. It a must stop place if you want to eat something prior to getting on a plane at Reagan Washington National Airport and there is convenient public parking nearby.
As if the airports just dont care about the customers opinions once they leave. Kind of you are anyway flying away. It is OK.
