I love gongcha, last Saturday I ordered a pick up, classic oolong milk tea with milk foam. But the staff forget to give me milk foam in my pickup order.
Terrible. Fake milk!!!We ordered two different kinds of drinks and they both had clumps of artificial creamer. One of the worst bobas I have ever had. Yuck
My favorite place to get bubble tea in the area! So so dang good, especially compared to the more mediocre options available before Gong Cha came into town.
ALL powdery. Absolutely not drinkable. It’s super gross with all the powder In your mouth.
I am a fan of Gong Cha generally, but this location is terrible (many other reviewers have noticed this).I have gone to this location 5 times before writing this, because I always like to give benefit of the doubt. The staff are not trained properly and do no have a good attitude. I ordered two drinks and had them *both* made incorrectly. When the first one was clearly wrong (she made it amedium instead of a large and forgot to put boba) I asked her if the other was correct. It was a hot drink so I couldn’t see inside the cup. She emphasized that it was correct, but when I got to my car and tried it, lo and behold she forgot milk foam so I had to go back and get it remade. This is just one instance, but I’ve had similarly bad experiences the other times I’ve been here. There was no apology for wasting my time to go all the way back in the store to get my *second* wrongly made drink fixed This is unacceptable and does not happen at other Gong Cha locations.
I bought enough drinks to redeem a free medium drink and the guy says boba not included. He fiddled around for at least 2 or 3 minutes to ensure that I paid .50 cents for the boba. Strike 1. Then I waited 15 minutes for my drink while others that came in after me got there drinks and departed. Strike 2. The guy looked directly at me when me drink was made and chose to ignore. Strike 3. Bummer...not going back.
Probably best boba tea you can get im NOVA. At least the kids and i haven't found better. Fresh and tasty. Clean.
BOBA not cooked right. The center part of the pearl is dry and breaks down into hard pieces. Disgusting. I could not go back to the store to return and get refund due to crazy parking situation in the area. Never going back again. Gong cha brand used to be good before they expanded with too many franchise locations. Less quality. Unfortunate.
Not an authentic Gong cha store. The boba tea tastes more like the cheap one I had back in elementary school. Feel sorry for the people that haven’t have a chance to try the real one?
I came in about ten mins before noon and they didn't have any boba ready. Told me it would be a 10 min wait. I ordered a Thai tea with regular sugar. It was not sweet at all, pretty much not drinkable. Disappointed
