Almost 2 hours wait to receive my food. Forgot fries even though Server looked at my receipt. Poor quality food. Could make better myself.Avoid at all costs.
I have never had a driver tell me they couldnt find an order. Ever. Fuku's phone number isnt functional, so you will never be able to confirm if your order was recieved. I'm disappointed.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. UBER EATS WILL NOT LET YOU FILE A RECIEW ONCE YIUVE FILED A COMPLAINT BUT THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY’VE 1) TAKEN OVER AN HOUR LONGER THAN QUOTED 2) DELIVERED FOOD THAT WAS COLD 3) NOT GIVEN US ITEMS THEY CHARGED US FOR. THOUGHT IT EAS JUST AN OFF NIGHT THE FIRAT TIME ONLY TO BE PROVEN WRONG. THEY MAY HAVE A SOOID REPUTATION FORM OTHER LOCATIONS BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONE!
Not fresh, not filling, not tasty. Chicken patty tasted like it was thawed in the microwave. Not ordering from here again as long as I have respect for myself
Whomever they have working there should basically be fired. The reviews say it all and I had a similar experience. Ordered delivery, food arrived cold and was smashed due to poor packing. And for some reason they put a cold can of Sprite and crushed a box of chicken tenders with it. Left out the sauce I ordered, too. I think David Chang did a poor job outsourcing to delivery only with no quality control being done. Overpriced for this sort of "quality"
I'm kind of flabbergasted about some of these reviews. Love getting food from this place. Occasional small mistake with the order but so delicious, I keep coming back!!
Tasted great, will order from here again. Got delivery through Seamless and order came on time and was accurate.

Y’all will be refunding my I’m sure right? If not no worries I’ll make sure it is. Well do not order from this place please. I let it go this far to begin with. If they kept messing up. Don’t waste your TIME or MONEY. Please make sure if you order from something like Uber eats you get what you paid for. This place will screw you. I’ll make sure I get that money back
Comparable with some of the best fried chicken sandwiches that I have ever had, Fuku is a phenomenally delicious and wonderfully surprising mix of amazing flavors all wrapped up in a neat, juicy, tasty, bite to eat. I would recommend this over any other chicken sandwich I've have consumed to date. The beautiful reality is that not only is the sandwich sublime, but the fries are enough to pause and think "how is it possible that delivery fries are still are scrumptiously divine as these." Anyone in their right mind would be supremely impressed with this food. Congratulations to Mr. Chang on yet another impressive restaurant. Thank you good sir for wowing me with the best take-away meal of 2020.
