We ordered the carne asada, chicken adobo, and impossible tacosThe carne asada itself was really bland and somewhat cold the only thing that saved it was the taco filling itself. The same case with the chicken adobo, it tasted bland and it was unpleasant to finish. The impossible meat was cold but overall an okay flavor. Nachos were good but too much cheese. The passion fruit mocktail was too strong. However, the server did a great job!

Went to this place with a large group of my friends. Quick seating on a Saturday, good drinks, and nice tacos. However, service was tough. Several drinks/appetizers were brought to our table we did not order. Food that was ordered came wrong on multiple occasions. I understand on Saturdays the staff must be busy and mistakes happen but the number of errors was a little concerning. Service may need to be improved but overall the food, drinks, and atmosphere was nice.

If you have an allergy don’t go…the running staff does not speak English and when i tried to clarify if my tacos were corn because i have a gluten allergy they confirmed…guess what after two bites i realized they were flour and my night was now ruined. Need better training for sure. I told the waitress and she understood but they do not take any measures to ensure the allergy is handled correctly when bringing the food out.

Recently took our management team there for a two hour get-together. We couldn't have been happier with the service, food and drinks. Great atmosphere. Casual but "on point" service. Our team is still raving about how great everything was. As the planner, I was happy to have received such a quick response to my inquiry. When we arrived, they were expecting us, and were super accommodating to our needs.

The inside is nice and the staff was attentive.I felt like the tacos were a bit small but decent tasting. Around three tacos would be enough to be considered dinner. You have to ask for double corn tortillas (imo this should be standard for corn tortillas) or they fall apart. Chips and guacamole were fine - but I don’t think the guacamole is fresh made. It tasted like it may have been thawed or the avocados weren’t fresh. For drinks we got margaritas during happy hour but I wouldn’t go out of my way for a $2 discount on drinks. I would go back if there were better happy hour deals on drinks and if the HH menu included appetizers. Total was around $65 for chips+ small guacamole, three happy hour margaritas, and five tacos.

Had good food and drinks, but they gave my credit card to another party and my credit card is lost! They tried to right the issue by refunding me for the amount of the charge for the other customer. They also gave me a $5 coupon for margaritas, but it doesn’t make me ever want to go back because I still have the hassle of cancelling my credit card and redirecting future payments. They tried to fix it but it was not enough. I am very disappointed and will not go back.

Went here with my bestie one day after work, service was great and the food was good! The strawberry margarita tasted so good, but it was small. We loved the art in the walls!

Very colorful, lots of light, tons of windows. Friendly staff. Excellent Thai Shrimp tacos & tamales. The tortillas are fresh, homemade and full of flavor. Chips & salsa are very good. Sandwiches are HUGE!! Enough for two meals. We will be back. Fantastic addition to Ballston. Not too $$ either. Very long bar with lots of staff.

My partner and I went here a few weeks ago and it was so delicious! My partner is not a fan of Mexican food in most instances, however he found a taco he really enjoyed here! The chips and salsa are also to die for! We will definitely be coming back soon!

I've been here twice since opening. I've tried 4 different tacos and the queso. The food is so bland, it needs salt and its missing flavor.Staff and environment are great, priced correctly. If you want better tacos go to Taco Rock.
