Fast service on drive thru!
I hate to leave a bad review, I'm not usually the type to complain. But we pull up to the drive through 15-20 minutes before closing, we wait for a couple minutes and nothing, we pull up to the window and still nothing, no problem they're probably getting a head start of closing and haven't realized so we head inside. After a few minutes someone shows up then goes on their phone and then acknowledges us. We order one hot latte, one cold latte with almond milk and avocado toast. Then a lady with the same drive through problem as us comes in just wanting gift cards, she waits a while before another worker pops up and doesn't acknowledge her until the customer says hi and the worker points to the other (clearly busy) worker and says he'll help her in a moment. More minutes pass and the 2nd worker pops back in, to help the lady but none of them know how to do gift cards so she leaves empty handed. Our drinks finally come out, but they forget the avocado toast and the hot drink is nowhere near hot (I think they also messed up the milk on the other drink but I don't bother asking about it), we tell them and thankfully they fix the hot drink and give us the toast but not before one of the workers blames forgetting the toast on the fact that they were about to close... But we came at least 15 minutes before they close (btw they close at 8 not 9, a lot of their signs still say 9) which I don't think is pushing it too much and we paid for the toast already after asking if they were still doing toast...? In total in took over 20 minutes for our drinks to even come out. The drinks themselves were fine, I just wouldn't have bothered if I knew it would take that long. I also usually don't mind bad retail experiences (I know what it's like sometimes, I've worked retail jobs before) as long as the people are nice about it, but these people seemed like there were actively ignoring us and like they were trying to blame their mistakes on us. I've usually never had problems with this location but this was pretty disappointing
The Coconut Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher was very sweet. I don't drink overly sweet drinks usually, but once the ice melted and watered it down a bit it was really good.
Their customer service was ok. Drive thru was very slow, they didn't tell me my price til I got to window. However they take forever to get you your food and then the food was burnt. Can't recommend this place, go at your own risk.
If I could give this location Zero stars I would. They have never gotten my order right. Again at 11:42 am. Asked for 4 sugars, 1 cream and a caramel swirl and instead I got the opposite. I caught it at the window and they took the cup back and a few moments later they handed it back saying it was fixed. Nope, wrong again. I got to my office and from the taste there is barely any sugar and no hint of caramel. Not stopping at this location anymore and suggest others do the same.
Just like the rest of these recent reviews, worst dunkin I've been to. The customer service was absolutely terrible and not at all what I expect from Dunkin. I was shouting hello into the drive through speaker for a good 3 or 4 min and assumed it was broken because the person on the headset wasn't even acknowledging my existence. When I pulled up to the window, she told me I had to drive around again because I didn't order, and all I wanted was a coffee. It takes like 1 or 2min to make. This place is giving dunkin a bad name
Probably the worst dunkin I've ever been in. My coffee had a bunch of stuff sitting at the bottom of the cup and I think there was a hair in it as well. Just disgusting. If I could give it negative stars I would.
There is no point of Mobile orders as it won't be ready even if you order 20mins ahead. Avocado toast was stale, glazed donuts were not uniformly glazed, everything was cold. I know they are not meant to be hot but not super cold as well. ?There was food stuck on the box which shows poor packing and handling of edibles. Wont recommend this store. Krispy kremes are not in this area, they are more towards DC but way better than DD
The staff was kind and quick enough but their bathroom had no soap, not even soap dispenser.. and I used it after waiting 10 minutes for the employee to come out. At least pretend yall are washing your hands! Gross
This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to; I wish I could give negative stars. They consistently mess up the order. Last time I told them I got the wrong order and they told me "I know" ... okay so why did you give it to me? The service is so slow and bad at the drive through that the line causes traffic jams downs Glebe road. One time I walked in to order because the line was too long in the drive through and the employees were legitimately playing Uno (the card game ... no joke). I had to wait for them to stop to before they gave me attention. Just go to McDonald's next door for coffee
