This is for the Dunkin Donuts at Gate 34 American Airlines Terminal C. Sign says they close at 3. However, they roped the area up at 2:30. While they were cleaning, several people tried to place an order and were turned away as the staff stated \\\"we're closed\\\".
Awful slow service. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. No one speaks English and you have to repeat your order 3-4 times only to wait 45 minutes for the order to be wrong. The receipt machine doesn’t work so people are grabbing each others food bc theres no name or number attached to the order. and the guy making sandwiches is moving slower than pond water! This is horrible, no management.
Horrible. Half yet customers didn’t even get their items.
I was here in May and in September. Espresso machine was down both times. They also don't do cold brew. But the order boards prominently display both espresso and cold brew beverages. It took three staff members seven minutes to make me an iced coffee while there were no other customers.
Average iced coffee. My only disappointment was they don’t participate with or take payments from the Dunkin App.
Today I ordered a coffee from this establishment and found a cockroach in my coffee. I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts and talk to the employees They didn’t seem surprised In fact they said “don’t make a big deal out of it”. It was disgusting. I advise you should not buy coffee or any kind of food from this place it’s unsanitary.
Ordered an iced cappuccino. She made me a hot cappuccino and said we don’t do iced capp here. Okay why didn’t you say that when I ordered one?
Iced coffee tasted like watery iced tea. Gross, never again.

Worst DD in the chain. Unfriendly, awful service, just plain unhappy staff. Not at all representative of DD. Management really needs to train this staff. Hard to believe that this is really a DD. Maybe time for an episode of Undercover Boss. Regan Airport gate 32.
